A vibrant and unique dining establishment with multiple areas to choose from. There is live e tertainment in season, and the place gets packed with old and young alike to enjoy the outdoor experience!!

I’m going to start this review by getting the flaws out of the way first. First of all, whoever plays the music at the beach bar over the loudspeakers needs to go. No one is interested in listening to Hall & Oats “You Make My Dreams” and Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” along with their entire albums on full-blast before the bands begin. In fact, it completely kills the whole experience. This is the 21st century we are currently living in; not 1980… Please stop…

Second, the bands are frequently 45+ mins late. There should be a disclaimer or an announcement on the PA system whenever this occurs (with an ETA) as the schedule is very specific on the facebook page. This has happened more than once.

Okay, now for the good stuff. So many wonderful things to say about Paradise Grill. Where to begin? The Palm Trees? I don’t know how they do it, but there are palm trees galore all over the restaurant with coconuts sticking out!! Amazing. Big round of applause to the production designer. The flounder fish sandwich and Nashville hot chicken tenders are delicious (served with way too many fries, but you’re getting your $ worth). Skip the nachos – the queso was served cold and there were not enough toppings. The beach bars are right out in the sand near the restaurant BEACHES with chairs to watch the sunsets!! Where the hell am I?? Los Angeles?? Clearwater??

The staff are very friendly. The bartenders work very hard and into the night while the bands play. There is also a play area where the kids can play as well as an ice cream shop, gift shop and marina where you can watch the boats pass by. I found it quite interesting that the friendliest of the bunch were the staff driving the shuttle buses from the parking area to the restaurant. If they see you pulling up, they will stop and wave you down so you’re not waiting too long. What wonderful people!!

I love Paradise Grill and can’t wait to return. It’s an unmissable environment you’d have to see to believe if you’re ever in Southern Delaware. The atmosphere is unbeatable as you would never expect a place like this to be in Millsboro, DE – which, in effect makes the so-so town quite famous.

Highly rated mainly for the atmosphere!!! Tropical atmosphere, with various themed areas: a sit down restaurant, a raw/oyster bar, a standing drinking area, a live music venue, ice cream Susan’s, playground, boating and seats along the water in the sand. So much fun! It feels like you’ve moved to a different country! The food was just OK, but drinks were good and definitely recommend it for the location itself. Take a walk along the boardwalk and pier nearby.

Loved the workers the girls we were seated by and our server were very kind and helpful. As well as clarifying where needed and helping to choose drinks. Adored the view from where we were seated looking out over the water!

This little tropical gem will be a return visit for my family and friends for a long time coming! The atmosphere is beautiful and instantly transports you to feeling like you’re in a tropical island getaway! Palm trees, sand, waterfall, bars everywhere. OMG i can’t say enough about it! My only critique is as beautiful as this place is, the food while it wasn’t bad, wasn’t much to write home about. Our nachos were never brought so we didn’t get to try them but our server was cool about it and took it off. Standard tasty bar food. But we will definitely be back! Oh and the service was on point! Great staff AND management as well!
Sorry, i didn’t take much pics, but definitely see for yourself how beautiful this place is!

Parking was awful.
The food and service were good. We enjoyed the music, though we found out quickly that people find and guard their seats by the beach stage EARLY! Lesson learned!

I can’t say enough about this place. Love it. We enjoy our time there. I took my family here from Long Island, and we just enjoyed the food, music, and people. I can’t talk enough about this little hidden gem. The staff is so helpful and kind. Bryan, the manager, I can’t say enough good things about his welcoming attitude and more. The tuna was our favorite, and the drinks were delicious. It is a must visit place with live music. The kids are welcome.

I love this place! This a huge compound smack in the middle of a large community and docking areas. The setup is very tropical and very inviting. It is as much for kids as adults with features such as a large playground just to name one. Think of it as a big sophisticated sister to its unsophisticated OCMD sister Seacrets (not affiliated just similar setup). Difference here is it’s VERY clean, family is ok here, YOU can hang here with your kids with no one throwing up or peeing in the water. This is an experience that I didn’t know that I needed. I didn’t try the food which is the 3 star but it’s looks great!
Side note-VERY different than Paradise Pub I believe. It’s on the other side. Fun place but a fraction of the size, not putting it down but this is the motherboard next to anything!
