I am giving them 4 stars because the food is good – the lack of star is from poor customer service. Don’t expect an over enthusiastic waiter nor a happy face. Once I have come to terms that I will not have a friendly waiter I can sit back and enjoy the food.I recommend the appetizers, masala dishes, tandoori chicken and the chettinand dish. They have a buffet – this will allow you to taste a majority of dishes on the menu. Overall they are decently priced and you get a cash discount.

The Biryani is fairly good. The place has decent service as well. They also have a selection of Indian soft drinks available. Their spice level is quite right. You might want to upgrade on the spice level if that is your thing though.

The biryani during normal hours is genuinely really good but the buffet was shockingly disappointing. All of the food was cold and seemed like it had been left out for hours, the naan was small and at one point ran out, and the chicken was cold and tasted like it had been dipped in sambar for some reason. If not for the good birinyi during normal hours, I wouldn’t be going back to the restaurant. Avoid the buffet (and it’s expensive too).

Thought of having good lunch but ended up with major disappointment. This people dont know what biryani is. Service is awful. Not many options in the menu for buffet.
Green chutney was totally sour. Bonda and idli was not cooked and sour too.

Biryani is not biryani at all. It doesn’t have any taste. The ambience is hopeless. Food we get here is really bad. Dont go here if you want to have a good food.
Mango shake they served in buffet is all water. Better dont serve it at all if u want to save money.

Food and service are OK , not so great. I like goat curry so I want to try @ Paradise , but I was disappointed, the mutton pieces were not cooked well and curry is full of masala which ruins the whole taste. The Idly and bonda were cold and lost its natural taste. Biryani is tasteless doesn’t fell like eating Briyani. The chicken fry is full of masala and it didn’t goes well with the chicken. I like the deserts though.

Service is terrible. I decided to stop and get some take-out (a very simple order of chicken biryani and naan) and it took over 40 min just to get my order (and no, they weren’t busy, it was a Wednesday evening). The chicken biryani had bones in it – not little bones, but the backbones, scapulas and a drumstick bone was at the bottom! Very little meat. I will not be returning.

I was excited in the beginning when they opened. I took all my non-Indian colleagues there to boast about Hyderabadi Biriyani. It was very embarrassing. Food was good… but we got a table close to toilet which was stinking. Toilet was littered with paper and the stench coming out into the dining area. The waiting staff are not dressed in clean clothes… they all look like they just got off their beds.. moving like zombies.
If you have been living in Hyderabad/Secunderabad and you have enjoyed the best Irani hotels, you won’t miss anything. This Pointe is a Paradise for you.
If you consider a place with better hygiene, stay a mile away from this place.

This is one of the worst restaurants that I have been to. With a series of AWFUL service and time wasting waiters.We reached the restaurant at 9:00 pm and waited for the menu to be asked after 30 minutes and served after another 1 hour. So in general we waited 1 and half hours . Not only this this is a INDIAN ORIGIN DISCRIMINATION place too, where South Indian people are served in 20 mins and people like us are made to wait at least one and half hour. I almost counted that some 12-15 take away orders were also served while we were waiting. They served us at 10:30 Pm after the whole waiting game and were far from being SORRY to customers too. The food would be rated below average as compared to other good restaurants in AUSTIN. Some corporate jerks run the place who have a day job too and have absolutely no idea how to run a hospitality business. They better should have taken a course to learn how to treat Customers. I am so glad there were no Americans in that restaurant as , american restaurant value customers and there time.The tables even are not cleaned and we almost waited another 10 mins to get seated. Above all if you have only half a DAY to waste then you can visit such a louse place.

I ordered a tandoori chicken full and they gave me full of leg pieces. There is no other part in it. A tandoori chicken FULL, literally means a whole tandroored chicken and not ONLY legs. The sad part is I ordered it for To GO, and by the time I opened this wrapped box, I was 9 miles away.
Taste was not so great, it was kind of normal(6/10).
Advice people who order TO GO to check the item in it before you leave the restaurant, even if its wrapped with a plastic wrap.
