I ordered Gutti vankaya biryani yesterday, I was enjoying my dinner and suddenly I saw a piece of meat while serving the food. I wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t the time when I’m doing some prayer and clearly wanted to eat vegetarian food instead I had to feel guilty and sad because I had food which had meat in it. If I wanted to eat meat then I would’ve ordered mutton/chicken biryani.

Which part of me ordering a vegetarian biryani you guys don’t understand? Or are you guys taking rice from meat biryani and mixing it with vegetarian option to customer’s orders? How can someone by mistake put a piece of meat in vegetarian biryani?

It ruined my whole night thinking I’m doing Lord Hanuman’s prayer and I had rice mixed with meat, I’ve attached pictures of the food and a screenshot of my order receipt. I used to love food from your restaurant but now I feel so pathetic that yours was my favourite restaurant. It’s so disappointing that I’m giving a bad review on your restaurant, I’m sure it doesn’t do any harm to you guys losing a customer but I can never forget or forgive you guys for adding meat into my food and snatching the joy of eating my meal happily and peacefully.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paradise is Truly Paradise: A 5.5-Star Experience!
As someone who hardly eats anything other than Indian cuisine, I’ve made it my mission to try almost every Indian restaurant in town. I purposefully seek out different spots, but Paradise Biryani Pointe in Chandler truly lives up to its name.
From the moment I walked in, the energy and frequency of the restaurant were incredibly high—I actually got goosebumps. It has a very clean, family-oriented vibe that immediately makes you feel at ease.
The Food: Authentic & Uplifting
I started with a classic: the Samosa Chat. I paid a few extra dollars to upgrade from the standard samosa, and it was beyond worth it. The portion was much larger than I expected for the price, and it was easily the greatest appetizer I’ve had yet. You can absolutely tell the difference when you’re tasting authentic Indian cooking.
For my main course, I ordered:
Malai Kofta: Rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
Vegetable Biryani: Their signature dish! It was the perfect pairing for the family entree, which also came with a generous side of rice.
What I loved most was how I felt afterward. I felt uplifted and energized, not drained. To me, the energy of the food is just as important as the taste, and this meal was pure Nirvana, Dharma, and Shanti.
The Service: World-Class Hospitality
The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed:
The Chef: I had an incredibly insightful conversation with him about the dishes. He is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft, which made me appreciate the meal even more.
The Waitress & Owner: Both were so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed—including my own pitcher of water at the table, which is a small touch that makes a huge difference.
If you are looking for authentic Indian food with good energy and a welcoming atmosphere, I cannot recommend this spot enough. I’m giving them a 5.5/5 stars!

I received my order just 15 minutes ago, and I had to throw both biryanis away. The packaging was really poor — both containers were leaking, and the lids weren’t sealed properly. Because of this, the two biryanis got completely mixed together inside the plastic carry bag. The food was spilled, messy, and not at all in a condition to eat. Very disappointing experience. Please improve your packaging.

This was the most delicious curry I’ve ever had. The goat masala curry was absolutely delicious, with the highest quality goat I’ve found around. We also got the paradise chicken curry, although I was underwhelmed by the quality and taste of chicken, this was the best curry I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve tried almost every spot in the city, and this dish did it best. Will hit disappoint!

I have been ordering from this restaurant for over two years, but this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I ordered a special chicken dum biryani, but the chicken was spoiled and smelled very bad, making it inedible.

Out to do some grocery shopping and we saw this place the moment we parked at Albertson’s Grocery Store. Decided to give it a try and we were not sorry for our decision. Let me be fair from the start… If you’re looking for a fancy looking Indian fare restaurant this is not your place. That being said, we didn’t go in expecting lavishness in decor, we expected some good Indian food. And by golly, we got it. My personal measure for good Indian food is Bindhi Masala (Okra and vegetables stew), a dish traditional all over India. We also ordered Chicken Manchurian, Garlic Naan bread, rice and we ended with traditional Rasmalai. My Bindhi Masala was fresh, balanced in spices and perfectly adjusted for my level of hotness. The Chicken Manchurian was tender, juicy and plentiful, although was advertised as Appetizer. Basmati rice was a nice addition and the Garlic Naan was fresh out of the Tandoor. Rasmalai was very well done and refreshing. Service was great, we talked to our server about various regions of India and he was very informative and pleasant. Oh, prices are more than reasonable as well.

Turns out that our Family Physician, Dr. Patel (you guessed, a wonderful Indian doctor) eats at this place as well.

A very pleasant surprise for both of us, we will be back for more.
Thank you!

My husband and I are giving a 5 star because not only we enjoyed the dishes we ordered but the service was superb. The staff are kind, hospitable, and even took their time to explain some dishes to us. We ordered Kadai Veg, MaJestic Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and garlic naan and they were all so delicious! We were actually surprised with the pricing as it wasn’t that expensive for the portion we received. Definitely a new go to place for us 🙂

Excellent taste and too many varieties with a good quantity of food, especially if you order a family pack. It’s worth the money.
Since, I went on a week day, I couldn’t get an actual Hyderabadi dum biryani.
But the fried goat dum biryani (goaty curry and gravy on bottom) with flavoured rice on top was good. Typical South Indian taste. Most welcoming staff. Must try place, if you are in town.

I would give zero star if I could. We ordered chicken lollipop and one of the chicken was not fully cooked, we dissected all the chicken in-front of the server and made sure other chicken were cook. The server mentioned that he could replace the whole order but we asked to get the replacement for only one piece of raw chicken. They did bring us another piece but this time it was even more raw. We mentioned that to the server AGAIN. They didn’t apologize for their mistake nor did they took that item off the check. I didn’t want to waste my time arguing with them to take it off and paid the full amount. Never coming back to this place again.
