Bright yet cozy, pleasantly busy but not crowded coffee shop. Lots of push button machinery, but they are totally on top of their craft. Most coffee shops have ruined my tea habit, but these folks control time and steeping temperature for an enjoyable cup.
Well staffed, ready to help a mom who’s toddler might have made a spill.
Wide selection of offerings, including their mango blend.
What is not to like??
I wish this place was in MY neighborhood.

I stayed overnight in St. Pete. It was a rough and late night as I didn’t care for the hotel that I stayed in but I woke up to breakfast at Paradeco Coffee Roasters. The coffee was good and the kimchi hash was delicious! I don’t eat meat anymore and miss corned beef hash, but this was a tasty alternative. I added egg and avocado (for an extra fee). They have outdoor seating and it was a beautiful morning so I followed breakfast with a walk on the pier. If I had more time, I would have visited one of the museums in the area.

My first time here. I had a cold-press and it was one of the best tasting coffees I’ve ever had. Very smooth, no after taste or bitterness. Just a really, really delicious cup of coffee. I don’t write reviews unless they’re legitimately warranted, and this coffee deserves 5 stars. I also love that Paradeco is dog-friendly. My big baby Hio loved his cold-foam pup cup. Excellent service and the vibe is very cool. Will definitely make this a part of our route.

I had the smoked saved matcha it was actually pretty good. Enough that I would recommend it and get it again if I returned. Paradeco is more that just a coffee shop they offer a full menu. I only got a drink so I can’t speak for the food but everything looked good. The inside was nice and we’ll lit with all the large glass windows and I like the outdoor seating options. It was very busy when I visited.

I was looking for a close by coffee shop that had quality lattes. Their iced vanilla latte was great!! The coffee beans were fresh and roasted to perfection. I will absolutely be back! My sister got an iced americano with cold foam on top and loved hers too. On top of the great coffee, it’s so cute inside!! And in a great part of downtown St Petersburg. I want to come back for a hot latte in a mug and sit for a while!

Busy Cafe with both typical and not so typical food options. I had the kimchi and potato hash with a Sunnyside egg and avocado. It was delicious and I liked how the kimchi added a great contrast. The egg was a bit overcooked bit I saw other plates come out and they looked great so I figure mine was a one off but that happens with eggs. I got the Ethiopian pour over which was delicious, if not a bit pricey. 3 breakfasts, a side of fruit, 1 pour over, 1 London fog and an iced smores latte was $90. Just so you can have an understanding. But it’s location close to the pier is pretty key. Service is friendly.. they do get busy so expect to wait to place an order and wait for it to be completed when there’s a rush.

I do want another cup of that Ethiopian though. Would return.

Cute brunch spot for a quick bite on the way to the beach or Sunday market. I ordered the sourdough French toast which was very unique. I ordered an à la cart egg cooked over easy and a pumpkin spice latte. Loved how many alternative options they had to customize my coffee order. Service was very accommodating! My order was exactly as I asked for it. Unfortunately I found the food was a bit pricey for the portion size. A bit larger of a portion and it would have been the perfect experience.

They were annoyed that we wanted cups for here and not to go. They tried to push cups to go. I asked for the design and she said that’s gonna have to be for here. This is an hour before they close. Anyway this is what they gave me..no designs only attitude. Pretentious and trashy. The coffee tastes burnt left it there. Waste of money. Even worse? Horribly bad vibes.
