Stopped here based on the recommendation of another restaurant owner for their pizza….and he compared it to New Haven pizza. Well it was not in that high of level of my standard (which when it comes to Amodern pizza or Sally’s is pretty damn high, Pepe’s not anymore since they franchised), but they probably do have the best thin crust pizza around. I definitely ate it all and it was delicious! The environment was nice and comforting. I want to go back and have a few drinks, it’s just that there are so many cops sitting around that place. And the prices were beyond reasonable!!!! Not overpriced at all! Would’ve paid $5-7 more anywhere else for same cheese pizza.

Everything about this place is perfect if you’re looking for good American food. Nose level is not bad. Cozy atmosphere with the fireplace and TVs. Servers are always amazing as are the drinks.

Lovely view of Sheenecossett golf course. Great cheeseburgers & fries. Tiny towns golfer bar…need to invest in restaurants flooring, eg rop out older carped..replace w/vinyl faux wood flooring. Clean bathroom flooring up too. New tile or just scrap in corners w/hsnd sponge.

The staff is always polite and helpful. I don’t care for the food. They have gotten rid of the damp mildew smell they used to have and the major reason we don’t go very often. They handle all the baptisms, retirement and post funeral gathering with a calm and compassionate fashion.

Good food, pricing was very good also. Waitstaff was excellent. It was pretty busy, yet we got a table quickly. It is also well maintained and clean. I had the prime rib French dip roll with cole slaw. My dining companion had the Ruben with fries. I recommend this place for the good food and staff. They also have a full bar. This is a popular local restaurant and has been there many years. The owners were very nice as well, checking on customers, chatting with people they know, they seemed very approachable and well in tune with the staff and their customers. One does not see that very often today. My only suggestion would be for them to resolve the table top issue. The table tops are sticky. Our waitress explained why,(nothing to do with cleanliness), and they have tried hard to resolve it. My suggestion would be to try using acetone to get it resolved.

Yolanda and I both had the barbecue ribs special. They were served with homemade cornbread, baked beans and coleslaw. The food was great. We had a really good waitress also. Will definitely be going back soon.
