PaPPo’s makes its handtossed dough, sauces, salad dressings, wing sauces, sausage, meats, bread and cookies. Everything is as fresh as possible, Pizzas are baked on a hearth stone to get that authentic Italian bake. PaPPo’s triple bakes their wings and won the Wingfest in 2017. Salads are super fresh. Sandwiches are made with fresh baked PaPPo’s bread, baked all day! Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are at a cult level and are served warm to the table. 32 Craft Beers on tap!!

My wife and I had the chicken, bacon, and ranch 12’in pizza hand toss crust. One of the best pizza we’ve had in a long time that wasn’t dominos or LC along side their Caesar salad bit pricy tho for the salad. It also was a bit cold as well. But our server was delightful and nice and offered to help give recommendations.

PaPPo’s Pizzeria on Missouri Blvd in Jefferson City has plenty of parking and a great contemporary industrial vibe inside. We were looking for pizza options and decided to give them a try on a Tuesday afternoon for an early dinner based on their Google reviews.
This place is not a typical pizzeria and offers a variety of unique pizzas (Sausage & Sauerkraut Pizza???). We ordered the more traditional 14” Pappo’s Deluxe Thin and Crispy Pizza and decided to try one of their other creations and ordered the 8” Steakhouse Hand-Tossed Pizza. The deluxe pizza was good. The crust was thin, and it was loaded with toppings. It looked so good that we started eating it right away before I realized that I didn’t take a photo of the entire pizza! My wife thought that it needed more sauce and that the amount of toppings were overwhelming on the thin crust. The other pizza that was brought out was not the Steakhouse pizza that we ordered. It wasn’t even close. When we asked the server about it, she agreed that it was the wrong pizza and told us that they would make us the one we ordered. They did allow us to keep the mistake pizza, but it must have been someone else’s special order because we could not figure out what it was from the menu. Overall, I would say that both smaller pizzas were okay. The crust, however, was very good.
There are a lot of pizza options in the area, but if you are in the mood for a pizza with unique topping combinations, this is definitely the place to come. We did think that the pricing was on the higher end for a pizzeria.

This place was great! Awesome food. Friendly atmosphere and the service was great. I recommend the chicken bacon cheddar pizza with a little BBQ sauce on the side. YUM

I called ahead just a few days ago to ask if our basketball team and parents could be accommodated after our tourney. Right from the get go, we were told they would make it happen. We moved the time up on them because we got done sooner and they were ready for us. From the time we sat down til the time we were paying bills for over 40 people was right at an hour. Phil did an AWESOME job taking care of us and those who helped out. Staff was friendly, pizza was yummy and I know my son and I will be back for sure.

We were pleasantly surprised! I’ve known about this place for a long time, but have never tried it. We’ll definitely be back! As a matter of fact, we were talking about going again the next day.
We had the Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork pizza and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Both were good, but the pizza was top notch!
The service was excellent! Very friendly and offered help when we looked like we were checking out certain items on the menu. They came by several times to refill waters and take plates out of our way. Very good!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable about most dietary/allergy concerns. Don’t let that take away from the already amazing food and spectacular service. The pizza is top notch and the apps aren’t to be overlooked, either. (Hint, if you normally like hand tossed, try the thin crust. You may find a new favorite)

As someone who is dairy free it’s hard to find pizza places that carry vegan cheese. Pappos has it and they bake it so well that it’s not slimy. It tastes like real cheese! The vegan is one of my favorites! We also like to create our own pizza. My husband got mushroom and double pepperoni. It didn’t disappoint! This is a must go! Also their cookies are delicious!

What a place to have some pizza. Our server was helpful and knowledgeable on beer for my guests and answered our questions without having to go back and forth. I got a personal bbq pizza with pork and it is so good! The crust is crispy and pillowy. The bbq sauce is a little sweet with a tangy, hot flavor and the pork is juicy and not super fatty. The pizzas do come in 3 different sizes for those who do want to share and for those who don’t. I did complement my pizza with a classic ceaser and a Peanut Butter White Russian and was a happy camper at the end! While I do not live in Jefferson City i would come back while visiting family!

Our young server, Ali, was on point, efficient, friendly, and checked on us often. We ordered several appetizers, which were delicious but kind of small. The real star here is the pizza. Amazing crust, the sauce is fantastic, and the toppings were just enough. We did order extra meatballs on our pizza but they were disappointingly dry. Skip them on your pizza.
The kids ordered the 5 cheese pizza and the 12 Goat pizza, and they were VERY happy.
The crust here is freaking A+++, along with the sauce. It’s just so delicious! We’ll definitely be back..Great place to eat with a family, noisy kids, loud talking old people, it’s a great place to eat & drink. A+++
