Customer service was on point. They were very nice. I didn’t know the enchiladas were prepared a certain way. they didn’t give me no issues in sending it back, and even though it took a moment to get my order, the management manager came by and let me know what was going on and that’s really greatly appreciated so we really enjoyed our visit. Our waitress was super professional fast and she meant business. It was cool.

It’s been years since I’ve visited a Pappasitos since I live in the West Coast. But it’s still great food, great service and a fun atmosphere. Oh yeah awesome margaritas too. Our server, Sunday was one of the better servers I’ve experienced in a while. Thank you!

Yup, I know. It is tough being a vegetarian and this restaurant was no help. Their only veg items were “Veg Fajitas” & “Cheese quesadillas”. Bummer. The veg fajita had 99% huge slices of zucchini, some guacamole ….. and three lousy corn tortillas. No other veggies. Oh yes it had three small slices of red pepper. Ha ha. The saving grace was our server who tried to make us feel comfortable and worked hard. This place is overrated and really just a hyped up spot. Nope…. Won’t be going there again.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive even with have a few large groups. The food was very delicious and the chicken was juicy and tender. The ribs and shrimp were tender and spiced wonderfully. My only gripe was i wish the table was bigger since we ordered the family platter. But other than that it was quite an enjoyable visit.

I had dinner at Pappasito’s Cantina and overall it was a great experience.

The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’d hope for from a good Tex-Mex spot. The portions were generous and everything we tried tasted great.

The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy dinner with friends or family.

The only downside was that we felt a little rushed during the meal, but our server mentioned they were new, so we gave them some grace. They were still friendly and trying their best, which we appreciated.

Overall, it was a great dinner and I’d definitely come back again.

Holy crap. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT. I have been coming here for at least 10 years, always delicious, I ordered takeout today for the first time today and it was genuinely the worst Togo experience I’ve ever had. They MAKE you do curbside then ignore you for half an hour after you’ve texted the automated system your spot number. After over twenty minutes I said screw this I’m going in, only to be handwaved off while the employee answered the phone in front of me taking a whole order and eventually just shoved a bag towards me. I waited 20 minutes outside and 10 minutes inside to get food that was ICE COLD bc they left me waiting so long. Put more employees on to go if you’re going to make people do curbside pickup? Seemed like one lady doing everything which of course is going to lead to terrible service. On top of everything they gave me the most rotten disgusting avocado for my 25$ meal, you can’t give me a not completely brown avocado?

Always good food and servers are polite, been going here for yrs. Love Wednesday fajitas special. Last night they made a small mistake. Brought the queso ( part of the special) out late. Again a small mistake, but they made up for it in a big way… we ordered 3 specials and they gave us 3 free desserts my family and dinner guests were very happy about this. Was a wonderful dinner, Pappasitos never let’s me down.

No wait-time with reservation. Server was knowledgeable about menu and encouraged us to try a new dish. Our meal was served hot and was delicious. Server continued to check on us even though he had multiple tables to attend to. He was also very kind in supplying us with take home chips and salsa. Will definitely return!

My mom requested this place for her 76th birthday. I was traveling in from Houston and my sister from Dallas. When I called with questions and recommendations to set 9 people the lady that answered was super helpful in walking me through the process and very patient with me. When we arrived the hostess at the door was so friendly and directed us to our table and the waitress we were assigned to was amazing! The food was delicious and atmosphere was nice, we had an amazing time! Family time and great food, building memories at this place was priceless! 6/7/2025 everyone at this place did an amazing job! Highly recommended! Saturday’s staff gets a 10 stars from us

This is a Tex-Mex restaurant that definitely takes some opportunity to veer off from the norm. As an example, the salsa is kind of sweet and appears to have some caramelized onions in it. It’s interesting but it’s not something that I would want to have again.

I ordered the biria tacos and shared a picture in this review of it. Rather than making the tacos and frying tortilla, they chose a build your own approach with the beef in a broth and all of the separate items alongside. The beef itself was okay and didn’t have the sweet spicy undertone that you would expect. It was served with corn tortillas, shredded cabbage, cilantro, onions, and limes.

Normally these are going assembled and flat top toasted with the broth on the side. Crispy tortilla and shredded beef with tons of flavor inside. I prefer this traditional way versus what was served at pappasito’s. There were two big chunks of meat that I had to break apart and kind of shred on my own. Then once you got this assembled into the tortilla the whole thing was a mess to eat.

There was a spicy peanut sauce that was served with meal and also charro beans. Enjoyed both of them.
