Wow worthy. Food is carefully curated and the service was superb. We had the smoked ribs with brown sugar and apple cider vinegar, not to be missed, as well as the Del Mar with beef fajitas. Sure wish I knew what was on the beef for seasoning. So good. Also tried the ice-cream balls rolled in pistachios. The manager came around to the table and gave us a history of the restaurant and a run down of the dishes and their origins. Nice to see the pride in their offerings. Will be back soon .

Our family of four visited Papasitos for lunch, and while much of the food was enjoyable, the overall experience had a few drawbacks especially when it came to seating.
One of the biggest disappointments was that we weren’t able to get a booth, even as a family of four. Instead, we were seated at a relatively small table that didn’t offer much space. Between our drinks, plates, and the chips and salsa, the table felt crowded the entire meal. It made dining a bit uncomfortable and took away from what could have been a more relaxed experience.
As for the food, it ranged from average to excellent. The beans were the least impressive item; they had a “meh” flavor and a noticeable aftertaste that none of us cared for. The kids’ cheese enchilada was tasty, with a mild kick spicy enough to notice but still manageable for most children.
The kids chicken tenders were outstanding, crispy and flavorful, and the waffle fries were equally great fresh, crunchy, and seasoned well.
The chicken burrito was another highlight: a wet burrito topped with queso that came in at a full 10/10. The chicken was tender, the queso added richness, and the whole dish felt satisfying.
We also ordered the chicken quesadillas, which were flavorful and came in a generous portion. There was more than enough to share, and it ended up being too much to finish in one sitting—definitely something we’d recommend.
Overall, Papasitos delivered strong food, especially with their chicken dishes, but the seating situation made the meal feel more cramped than comfortable. With better table options for families, the experience would have been much smoother.

Truly the best pappasitos i’ve ever been to! Our server Desiree went above and beyond and was extremely attentive. From the moment we walked in we were immediately seated and taken care of. The entire team was so sweet throughout our visit.
Our food came out quickly and was not only completely filling, but delicious. The meat is always so flavorful and tender, and cooked to perfection!
The floor manager Jade also came out to check on us and our experience. She helped me with getting exactly what we wanted when she truly did not have to! I was beyond happy and thankful for the service. Jade and Desiree you really made my day with this visit! It meant so much to me and thank you for your impeccable service! Wednesdays are usually our favorite time to visit for the amazing Fajitas, but now it’s a must!

We had an amazing experience at Papasito’s in Humble! From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. Our waitress, Angel, went above and beyond to take care of us—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect.
The food was just as impressive. Both the meat and chicken were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Everything came out fresh and delicious, and the portions were generous.
Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Being an OTR truck driver and actively searching out new restaurants, we were thrilled to have learned of Pappasito’s Cantina being within a couple miles of our terminal. I’m sure we’ve easily been to a hundreds of places over the 30+ years driving. Almost always looking for a local, family owned establishment rather than an a truck stop. This place is no doubt in the top 2%. Fresh items made daily, the tastes were exquisite and the sharp dressed wait staff really enjoyed what they do! You can get a meal under $20 at lunch or do a family share extravaganza for $50+. While eating a delightful and unique guacamole app, we enjoyed watching servers deliver astonishingly large portions of a variety of items. We had no room for dessert but enjoyed how they displayed the 3 choices at our table. Looking forward to returning to Humble in the future and trying a new dish. Maybe even their signature fajita meals. But the Chipotle Shrimp I had was so excellent and tasty that I may have to get in again. Thanks for taking the tails off the Gulf Shrimp for me! I never understood why places leave them on. A shout out to Vicenta also for her terrific service and help. An top notch experience!

Really enjoyed our night, we’ve eaten here a few times. Decided to make a review this time mostly to point out how wonderful our server Jonathan was. It was busy, but he was nice, got our stuff out super quick, (the staff delivering our food messed up a bit) but he immediately fixed it. I don’t think my water was empty more than 5 min and I went through a lot. Was extremely personable and I really hope management reads these cause he deserves all the praise in the world.

Came to try this place this evening with my husband, sat at the bar, food was great! We shared the Fajita special and tried the Reserva margarita. The atmosphere is nice, super lively and up beat. Service provided by Romeo was amazing. He was super attentive and always checking up on us. Abby was nice as well.1 star removed because Im sure they are supposed to work together but the other girl bartender did not check on us once, I wish my tip did not have to be shared as it was only Romeo taking care of us. Seemed more focused on making herself look busy and standing around. Not sure of her name.

I order to go, from here when we have family gathering and some holidays. We also dine in, I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience ever, it’s always great customer service and attentive wait staff. This year when I called in a Christmas order Vicenta answered and she went above and beyond to get me the best package to entertain more than what I usually buy, she went through all the ways it would be affordable for what I needed! She was top tier!! When I got there everyone was helpful I didn’t wait anytime and it was crowded, she also let me know about purchasing the gift cards to get the $10 rewards! They had people bring the food to our car, I would definitely recommend this location, it’s always a great experience

Overall good experience, we had a great waitress (Laura) she went over the menu with us. In my opinion it’s a bit pricey, but worth it. This is based on the service, the food and drinks were authentic and actually had flavors. I would recommend this one!
