Went here based off locals recommendations. Food was amazing and to expectations others have told us. Our server was very helpful in guiding us for what to try out. I can’t remember her name but she was great to talk to about the food and Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts. Very down to earth server. The environment was great, bathrooms clean. Glad we went to this establishment for local Tex-Mex.

Food was excellent. I really want to highlight how attentive and accommodating the staff is. We had a member of our party with a dairy allergy and the manager personally saw to it that there was no contamination in their meal. As well, I ordered the nachos not realizing how they are served at Pappasitos was different than what I expected. When the staff saw I was unhappy with my order, the manager promptly had the staff made a plate of nachos more like what I was expecting and even comped me for them. Overall I recommend this location if you value excellent service.

Came in just before closing and they had no tables available. Only the bar was available for open seating.

Chef Justin – 10/10 – give this guy a raise or promotion, talked me up on what to get for dinner as I engaged him in passing, brought us out a sampling of a dish I would have never tried in my life (and we loved) and will order in the future, managed my wife’s gluten allergy and my shellfish allergy. I went to thank him before we left but he was dealing with a 911 emergency, what more can the guy do? Our server forgot our drinks but she was pleasant and perhaps just having an off night but the other parts of the experience more than made up for it.

Great experience and great food. Ordered the lamb chops and ate some shrimp fajita. Both were fantastic and the lamb chops were one of the best I’ve had and cooked perfectly without that gamey taste you sometimes get. Margarita was a great compliment to the entire meal and experience.

The portions are huge! The avocado salad for the dips was delicious. We also had the appetiser ribs to spare: this was simply delicious!

A good Mexican spot with large portions. The chips were very fresh and the salsa was salty and flavorful. The guac was pleasantly chunky and made fresh. The fajitas left a lot to be desired as the chicken was rather bland, the whole plate could have used more peppers and onions. The chicken fajitas lacked the characteristic char that I would’ve liked in a fajita. Otherwise prices were on the expensive side, but that may just be because this was a downtown location.

Of course it’s always good here and all their restaurants. Was busy but we were able to walk in for party of 3 and was served fast. Ribs and bacon wrapped shrimp. That melted butter, probably what sets the dish on fire lol. Dipping the shrimp in that is a party of flavors in your mouth. Pour it on the freshly made tortillas and roll it up, yeah.. make a dish out of just butter and tortillas as an app, oh yeah!!
