I had been hearing about Pappadeaux and decided to visit with my family before heading back to California. Overall, the experience was 50/100. The menu offers a wide range of options, and the portions are generously sized. You won’t leave hungry if you like overly salty food. My seafood and dirty rice tasted very salty, and the shrimp were slightly over-grilled, as I could detect some burnt parts, which turned me off.
The service was friendly, the place was okay, and it didn’t take a while to get drinks and refills.
The atmosphere is lively and casual, making it ideal for groups or family dinners. For what they charge, I was hoping to enjoy the food, but the salty taste was a disappointment. I wasn’t able to feed my baby the rice or shrimp because of the salty taste.
Overall, it was not a bad meal, but it also did not stand out compared to the price they charged. I was a little disappointed cos I had wanted to visit Texas Steak House, and my sister said I should try something different.

Pappadeaux in Texas is 100x better than the locations near me. The food was well seasoned and fresh, the drinks were great. A little on the pricey side for cocktails but good none the less. The sweet potato pecan pie. I ate this all to myself.

For food, we went big: the Stuffed Crab Platter was everything seafood dreams are made of —rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My siStas and I also tried grilled and fried chicken salads —fresh, satisfying, and just the right balance of crunch and flavor.
Drinks were on point too! We sipped on 2 Swamp Things and a Mango Lemonade —refreshing and perfect for the Saturday afternoon vibes.
Overall, the combination of amazing service, delicious food, and perfectly mixed drinks made our lunch feel like a little celebration .

Crazy they are always changing their food items. I ordered Mozzarella bites and got cheese sticks. The old ones were way better, I wasn’t even informed before ordering that it would be completely different. I expect way better from this chain… on top of that I got served cold fries when I was 5 min earlier to pick up my Togo from the time they said. Do better

Last minute on a Friday night around 8 p.m., we decided to visit this location and had an awesome experience. The staff was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our server, Tristan, was attentive, friendly, and very engaging, with excellent communication skills. He remained polite and professional throughout our visit.
Even though the restaurant was busy, Tristan stayed on top of all his tables and handled the pressure exceptionally well. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. When I return to this location, I will definitely request to sit in his section again.

I have the 12 raw oysters, the large, dirty dirty, the have chicken broccolini, and a loaded potato along with a crème brûlée. Everything was great. I would recommend this location.

Great place to eat! Very large servings and very tasty food. Service was exceptional, Tristan(I think that’s his name) our server with the dreads, knew the exact moments to give us space and when to request if we needed anything else. Very polite and professional. Environment is a bit dated and dark, but overall okay. Will return to try other items on the menu. Glad they don’t do the whole song and dance on my birthday.
