We always come to Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen — this is our family’s go-to spot. The girls actually call it “pescado” (which means fish in Spanish), and that’s how you know it’s a regular for us. We usually order the same thing every time because we already know it’s going to be good. The service is consistent, the food always tastes the same (which I love), and the girls truly enjoy coming here. I also appreciate that it’s kid-friendly and they allow families to come in and enjoy themselves comfortably. This will definitely continue to be our spot.

I’m not a seafood eater, but this place was good. The alligator appetizer was a little too gamey for my son, but I rather enjoyed it. The main dish was delicious. It was so much food, we had to take the rest home.
The price is a little on the high side, but if you want a little extra treat for yourself, then this is not a bad choice…..very surprised I liked it….I never eat seafood.

This was my first time here and I absolutely LOVED IT!!! Antonia was our server and she was hands down amazing. She was very friendly, attentive, and had great personality! My cousin order the crab fingers and BABY that sauce and that crab meat was BOMB!!! A friend of ours had the Grouper special stuffed with crab and shrimp I think. I had the salmon stuffed with shrimp, crab, and scallops. I was mad it was only one scallop but it was really good. The French bread they bring to the table was warm and crispy. All of our dishes were made to perfection and tasted so delicious! We were celebrating my cousin’s birthday. Birthdays receive complimentary dessert which is amazing because a lot of restaurants have stopped this perk. Overall, I loved this place and can’t wait to go back!

I want to go back again, and again, and again just for the stuffed crab. Omg!!!! It was nothing but crab meat and so flavorful. The food was fresh, the service was impeccable. It was my first time. I want it again, and again and again. Seriously. The gumbo was good too. Even the gator bites were delicious and I swore I’d never eat that again after my first time trying it years ago at a county fair. Highly recommend.

Second time going here for a work event. Both times, the cook on the fish (salmon the first time, grouper the second) has been perfect, and the meal as a whole has been delicious. Attentive and friendly staff make eating here a pleasure.

I am formally submitting a complaint regarding discriminatory and sexist treatment I experienced during a recent lunch visit.
My mother and I, both female, entered the restaurant dressed in casual clothing and requested a table for two. We were immediately told there would be a 15-minute wait. While waiting, we observed multiple open tables in the dining area. Although concerned, we accepted the information provided by the host staff.
Moments later, two men entered behind us dressed in business casual attire and requested a table for four. Despite arriving after us, they were seated immediately. There were clearly open tables that could have accommodated our party, yet we were left waiting.
We brought this discrepancy to a manager’s attention. Only after raising the concern were we seated at a table that had been open the entire time and with no apology attached. This confirmed the wait time given to us was unnecessary and raises serious concerns about discriminatory and sexist decision-making.
The optics and impact of this situation were extremely troubling. The appearance that casually dressed women were required to wait while professionally dressed men were prioritized is unacceptable. This experience made us feel dismissed, judged, and discriminated against based on both gender and appearance.
Discrimination and sexism have no place in customer service, particularly within an established brand that promotes hospitality and professionalism. This incident reflects a failure in staff training, management oversight, and guest equity standards.
I respectfully request corporate leadership review this incident, evaluate training protocols, and address potential bias in seating practices. Situations like this damage customer trust and brand reputation, and I strongly encourage leadership to investigate this matter to ensure all guests are treated fairly and respectfully.

Went here for my husband birthday dinner. We reserved 10 only to find out more people was coming. The staff made us feel very welcomed and also accommodated the extra guest that came to be put on our area.. love love this place…

NEVER ORDER TOGO! I’ve never had a bad experience dining in, but ordering to-go was disappointing. I spent about $25 on the crab meat spinach dip and received a very small portion. The quality also wasn’t up to the standard I’m used to. Based on this experience, to-go orders seem to come with smaller portions and lower quality, which is frustrating given the price. Just a heads-up for anyone considering ordering to-go.
