This was our first time visiting Pappadeaux, and it definitely won’t be our last! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional—super friendly and attentive. The portions were huge, especially for the price, and everything we tried was delicious. Took my wife here, and we both absolutely loved it. Honestly, I can’t believe it took me this long to check it out. Highly recommend!

Me and my fiancé stopped in to grab a bite to eat before a business meeting we were in town for and let me tell you the food was amazing!!! We got the spinach and crab dib, something crusted salmon lol and the seafood platter, raw oysters (so good and fresh) the passion fruit martini, blood orange mule, pineapple margarita and finished with bread pudding and Crème brûlée! We couldn’t stop ordering because everything was so good!! The only thing that was better than the food was the hospitality of the wait staff who cater and took care of me and my needy fiancé THANK YOU so much to Tristan, Gerardo, Marco, && Julian you guys really made our experience the best! We will be back soon to see y’all and maybe y’all can catch a Cal Presley Band show while we are there!! ❤️

My very 1st Time at Pappadeaux . Sat at the bar. Atmosphere is stiff. Bartender was decent. Asked for a Tito’s mule , but they had to go to Pappasitos to get the Tito’s . Silverware was nasty! Wasn’t offended when I wasn’t offered bread & butter. I wish I would have received the same service as those around me.

We were going through Texas on our way back to K.C. & decided to stop by Pappadeaux for their cajun seafood. I made reservations online for party of 3. We arrived & we were seated. I went to the ladies room to wash my hands when I returned to my table I didn’t have a menu, the other 2 parties had menus. The waitress came over & asked would we like to order appetizers? I asked her could I get a menu to see what appetizers they had to offer. I didnt want any appetizers, we placed our order. My Daughter ordered bowl of gumbo w/ crab & shrimp, ceasar salad, & shrimp w/ Spinach dip. I ordered the fried catfish w/crawfish etoufee, my Husband ordered fried shrimp combo. My mouth was watering for the catfish, when I received my food it looked delicious. The catfish didn’t have any seasoning on it, my dirty rice was cold. My drink was Dr. Pepper it was flat. I was so disappointed & in disbelief. All I’ve heard is how good the food is here @ Pappadeaux only to experience how horrible the food is. We were asked if we wanted complimentary bread which I thought you received anyways. Our table was full of plates from the appetizers & bread we had no room for our entrees. The bus boy was cleaning the table next to us, we have him the plates that needed to be picked up. He said he only picks up the glasses not the plates. He was nice enough to take our plates to the back. I asked our server for the ticket & a to go plate. We waited for ten minutes, then a guy came over I am assuming he was the manager. He asked if we was done eating, I told him yes, we were waiting on a to go plate & the bill. He brought the to go plate & the bill I was so ready to go & don’t want to go back. I don’t recommend this particular Pappadeaux. I am not sure if this particular location is a training store I rate this store a 1 out of 10.

Went here with for a company dinner. It was okay.
Cheesesticks were a win for appetizers, large portions & plenty on each serving that came out. The cesar salad was overly drenched in dressing, the dressing is good but it was a just alot.
We do appreciate that there are alternative options offered not within the menu we had set, I think someone mentioned there was an alfredo & maybe another fish such as salmon? I can’t remember all the reasons why we asked but I know one reason was because they said they could not cater to the individual steak preferences in large groups, made sense in an efficiency way when they explained it. What they didn’t tell us after some chose not order steak for that very reason, was that after anyone who ordered steak & cut into it, they could back to cook it longer based on each individual’s preference.
I’m allergic to shrimp, I ordered the steak with vegetables. I did inform the waiter that I had a shrimp allergy, he was gracious & asked me a few questions to help better address my food preparation. A few minutes later another staff member, maybe a manager, comes in & thanks us for choosing there restaurant. Then he asks who has the allergy & asks the same questions the waiter asked me. It just put me on the spotlight that I (nor several of my coworkers) felt was necessary. It wasn’t embarrassing but more annoying seeing how our waiter had been thorough, or come to me one on one just to reconfirm if needed. I felt bad for my coworkers because they now had genuine concern I might be exposed to something since many had shrimp dishes. I will say that I did enjoy the steak & asparagus.
Dessert was delicious, a great creme brulee & the cheesecake slices were generous!
Also, there were larger amounts of time between when the first person got their salad or soup to when the last person received theirs, same situation with the entrées. In both phases they basically asked who was missing what & then asked what they had. Refills & drinks, the same. Maybe they were short handed but if they were, we wished they would’ve communicated that so we could anticipate any timing issues.
Aside from the allergy thing, the staff tending to us were very polite. Maybe it’s more of a training issue higher up because they seemed to be doing their best, but right now it’s a miss at this location.

The garlic bread is insanely delicious, I need to tell the head of my trout the chef put his foot in it. I also will change my impression of squash. Thanks Jermey

We were extremely disappointed with our latest dining experience. We ordered the seafood platter for the first time and were impressed by how good the platter looked but were disappointed in how unseasoned everything tasted. We also ordered an extra side of red beans and rice. When the dish arrived it was lukewarm at best. The atmosphere was not conducive to our expectations and the piped-in music made the experience even worse. The best thing I had was a large Three Wheel Motion and the bread and butter. As a content creator and reviewer I enjoy taking beautiful pictures and can make any food appear appetizing so don’t be fooled by my first two images.

visited Papadeaux Seafood Kitchen this past weekend for Valentine’s Day, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I both became sick with food poisoning after eating here. I ordered the Mardi Gras Pasta, and he had the Crawfish Platter.
We’ve always loved coming to this specific location and have never had an issue before, which makes this experience even more upsetting. What should have been a special night turned into a nightmare, and we’ve been dealing with the aftermath ever since. Very disappointed. I Understand it was very busy however the restaurant needs to Make sure that food safety is still being in place. Someone was not being clean while preparing the food.

Brandon was outstanding! The Salmon Alexander and Shrimp Alfredo were perfect as always, and his friendly, professional service truly reflects the best of Fort Worth. Great experience at Pappadeaux.
