I was very disappointed, about two weeks ago, I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap, the middle of the chicken was raw, so I had no choice but to throw it out. I ordered again tonight and asked for an Italian hogie, with oil vinegar, onions, etc. They missed all of the garnishes that I requested. The sandwich tasted like a ham and cheese hogie, nothing Italian about it, but a few pieces of salami, it was missing the cappicola mentioned on the menu. When I called to let them know, they offered to send another one, and I declined after waiting over an hour for two hogies. I guess I will go back to ordering from my usual place. Attempted to give them a try to no avail.

Placed an order for delivery, the person that answered the phone was nice. My fiancé and I ordered a medium cheese pizza 10hot wings and 2 liter pepsi
When the food arrived the pizza was cold, the wings wasn’t hot (spicy) I had to add hot sauce to the wings and we never received our Pepsi. Plus we tipped the driver $10 over the phone. When we called about our missing Pepsi they said they would send it with the driver, but never received it.

I ordered 10 hot wings medium pizza and a 2 liter soda. Got the pizza and it was slightly cold, wings were wrong and never got my soda.I live 5 mins away. So not only are they’re terrible with orders. They’re also thief’s, I even tipped the driver $10. Give me my money back or the soda I paid for.

Sicilian pizza was good like always. Fried mushrooms were a little skimpy in amount given compared to normal order size and paid $5.99 for churros. There were 2 little tiny pieces and were rock hard. Hopefully our cannoli’s are better. You disappointed us tonight on appys and dessert

Ordered a Sicilian pizza and when I got home and opened the box I was shocked. Every Sicilian pizza I’ve ever had was the size of the box. This was 1/4 the size of the box. I had company and didn’t have enough to feed them. Had to order from Riccardo’s to feed them. The picture on the site is misleading! Never again! Also seemed to be a lot of confusion at the counter.
