Papi’s Mex Grill was created to provide fresh Mexican food to customers with a focus on grilled meats and seafood specialties. Our plates are all made to the order and prepared with the utmost care for our customers. Since we are new we believe in earning customers loyalty by giving exceptional food and service. We also have a full bar which serves hand shaken margaritas and other delicious drinks. We look forward to serving all our customers our delicious food and drinks, and of course we thank everyone for their business and support.

If you’re heading up hwy 41 to the Sierras and find you’re hungry, don’t bother with Fresno. Just keep going until you arrive at Papi’s. You won’t be disappointed.
The service was fast & friendly, our drinks were made to our specifications, the food was fresh & delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable.
Highly recommend the Seafood enchiladas suiza….jam-packed with really yummy shrimp and scallops, and the ceviche was so refreshing.
This appears to be a new establishment so I really hope it makes it in these tough economic times.

Tried the new location off 41 & Ave12. Great experience with great service and food. Fajitas for 2 is a lot of food and I like to eat! Definitely recommend.

Walkedi in didn’t get acknowledged. Waitress walked to back. Didn’t come back. Sat down no wait person in sight. Only people at bar looked like. Looked like regulars getting service. So we went next door.

I love this place. It’s just simply good. Warm chips and salsa are always fantastic. The drinks are delicious! Seriously! My husband and I always share the nachos and they are just simple and great. I highly recommend for just a yummy, quality meal. It can get a little packed at dinner time, but if you come on the off times, it’s perfection!

First time here at the new location. Very impressed with Papis at River Walk. Super excited for this location. The food has been delicious, different options to choose from. Drink are very well priced and also have so much to choose from. Friendly host and waiters, I chose the bar which is very fun to be at. 2 nice big TVs to watch all the games!

I went there and ordered take out as I was working and on my lunch break. I waited about 18 minutes, and was told the wait would be 15-20. I had received no notification that my food was ready, they took my phone number and name, and so I went in to check and lo and behold it had been done. I had only ordered the torta and fries with a horchata. The food was already cold, but they made no effort to inform me. Then they forgot my horchata and I had to remind them I ordered it. When they brought it out, it was smaller than my hand! “We only have one size for to go cups” a heads up would have been nice!!!! You charged me almost $7 for that!!! I am incredibly upset and do not plan on returning for such poor service. I understand mistakes, this was just negligence and laziness. It was a mistake for me to have tipped, and if I had time I would’ve asked for a refund but unfortunately I didn’t ask for a receipt
