Papino’s is fantastic! When you’re craving for homemade Sicilian/Italian food this is the place to go! Not only is the food delicious, the atmosphere is so lovely. Kid friendly as well. While waiting for our food to arrive, our 3 year was able to play with a ball of pizza dough to keep himself busy! So clever! Joe, the owner, is so accommodating and friendly! We have had great experience with their delivery as well- hot and always perfect!

Honestly not impressed at all for the price $20 medium stuffed pizza. Delivery time and customer service was great however the “stuffed” pizza seemed to be very undercooked. However the sauce was good. Personally a reg pizza from them may be better however you’ll be better off ordering pizza hut.

In my opinion this pizza is slightly above Chuck-e-cheese in terms of quality. The sauce is pretty sweet. The dough is undercooked and very bland. This pizza is probably great for feeding a bunch of kids, but if you’re looking for quality pizza I recommend looking elsewhere.

We ordered a delivery order for 6 people and were beyond disappointed. Nearly $80 plus tip for the driver and they forgot 3 items. When we called back to notify them of the missing salad w/grilled chicken and 2 missing deserts they said they would get them right out to us yet the Manager failed to offer to comp us for their error or inconvenience. 20 minutes later the delivery driver came back out and delivered the salad (minus the grilled chicken) and only 1 desert. REALLY??? Made a third call to the Manager and expressed our total disappointment. Can you believe he STILL didn’t offer to credit our credit card or comp us on our current or future orders??? We have been repeat customers for the last year and a half and am completely appalled at how they handled things. We work hard for our money and when we decide to spend over $80 on a meal we expect it to at least be correct. I guess they feel that losing a few customers due to their lack of customer service isn’t important to them.

I LOVE Papino’s! We order from here on a regular basis and their pizza is the best pizza in a 10 mile radius! I’ve also had many other items from their menu and enjoyed it tremendously! I recommend Papino’s to everybody! On a side note** we don’t eat on location very often, but the take out service is always great!

I have had the Stuffed Pizza; Thin crust pizza; a pretty good ravioli, and a really good lasagna. Waiting area is very limited to non-existent though I expect that to improve with time. Service was very good, but the kitchen got backed up with orders.

We have been ordering from here for over a year and a half. For the first year, food and service were great! It quickly became one of our favorite places. Over the last 6 months, our usual of pepperoni, sausage, and green olives pizza kept showing up with green peppers instead. The first couple of times we just brushed it off. Maybe the online ordering system was messed up. Then it happened again, for the 4th time! So I called to explain the issue, they made us another pizza and sent it out. Then, it happened again…a 5th time. We called and spoke with a manager who was correcting the issue and sending us another pizza. That pizza came incorrect again making it 6 times now. I called back, and we were offered a free pizza for our next order. When I called to order our “free” pizza, I was told I had to spend at least $10 for them to deliver my “free” pizza. I just really dont think that was right considering how many times they have messed up. All in all, we LOVE the food. The service unfortunately has not been super impressive.

The place was excellent… very authentic Italian food. Everything tasted really great.. egg plant fries were great.. jalapeno poppers and bosco sticks were nice as well… The only reason I am giving it four stars is because there were couple of sausage pieces in my vegetarian pizza.. 🙁 not pleasant for people who do not eat meat.

Extremely disappointed. I hate to give a bad review to a home town business, but it is warranted. We got takeout tonight, received burned breaded mushrooms and burned pizza crust. We got 1/2 and 1/2 toppings and it was so messed up that you couldn’t tell which half was which. For the price, I would have preferred Pizza Hut at this point.
