Papillons was an absolute delight! The customer service, led by Jordan and the exceptional staff, was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcomed. The food was delicious, with fresh flavors that elevated the brunch experience, and the drinks were equally impressive, perfectly complementing the meal. This charming spot is a fantastic choice for a memorable brunch with friends!

Went late night with a large group, Dillon was a great server/bartender. He was very patient and attentive. Food was good! I got the bang bang shrimp and garden noir. He also makes a greaaaatttt old fashioned. Would definitely recommend & come here again!

Atmosphere is cozy but can get cramped quickly when the bar fiils up. The lamb chops were meaty but not seasoned or cooked well enough to my liking, so definitely let the server know how you’d prefer the lamb cooked beforehand if you’re particular. The white truffle fries were my favorite. The brussel sprouts were just ok, not enough flavor. The bartender was nice and had no issue making the specialty drink i wanted that wasn’t currently offered on the menu and it tasted great! The biggest con was the constant swatting to keep flies away from my food n drink. I traveled from dc and I would return for the truffle fries n drink when im in Baltimore again.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

This was, without a doubt, the WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

We chose to spend Valentine’s Day here based on the great reviews, appealing photos, and the “special night” they advertised. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, everything felt disorganized and poorly managed.

The restaurant was uncomfortably hot, the table layout was cramped and chaotic, and the overall atmosphere was far from romantic. We were informed upfront that we had a strict 90-minute limit at our table. However, it took over ONE HOUR just to receive our appetizers and entrées. By the time the food finally arrived, we had less than 30 minutes to eat which made the entire experience rushed and stressful instead of enjoyable.

The most disappointing part was watching other couples walk in excited and leave frustrated. Many of the couples we spoke to had been waiting nearly TWO HOURS without receiving their food. Some left before even being seated. It was heartbreaking to see so many people’s special evening ruined.

The food itself was TERRIBLE. The service was disorganized, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, especially for a special occasion.

Went on Valentine’s day food was good however service could’ve been a lot better took an hour for us to receive our main course and then after all that time they forgot our sides had to remind the servers multiple times that we had missing sides and by the time we received them our main courses were cold and also had to remind them at the end of the night that we didn’t receive our desserts when they tried to get us to check out since the service for the night was a 90 minute experience, by the time we got out main courses it had already been 90 minutes since we walked in the door for our 8:00 pm reservation. the prices on the website didn’t reflect the prices on the menu at all, appetizers that were advertised online as being 20-30 dollars were 40-50 on the menu. Overall i spent almost 200 dollars on the food and the service was nowhere near as good as it should’ve been for an almost 200 dollar check.

My friend and I didn’t have brunch reservations, so we sat at the bar. Our bartender and waiter Jordan provided us maximum service. The food was excellent! Cook to order was fresh and hot. My friend had salmon and it was amazing! My favorite part was conquering the lemon drop flight! Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back

Serene was amazing, very accommodating. The food was okay, I didn’t expect a “buffet” style brunch. The mimosas were really good!

All and all my experience was a 7/10.

I do suggest that the people that order the bottomless mimosa’s are giving pitchers of carafe’s so that the waiter / waitress doesn’t forget to bring another brink over

Me and a few friends went for brunch. It was a quaint atmosphere. The service was good–two of our servers were very attentive. The food was horrible. We questioned if they had an oven. It tasted like everything was microwaved. The shrimp and grits was soup. The mimosas were 99% juice.

The price was between $44-$50 for brunch which is actually not that bad for buffet style. However, the price was too expensive for the quality of food that was offered. That food was worth $15. I can’t go back.

I was invited here by a friend and it was possibly the worst brunch I’ve been to. To start the prices were not fair for the quality of the food. All of the food was stored in food warmers that were too hot so everything was Dry. The “bottomless” mimosas were over priced as well and the servers while they did com upon request did not come fast enough for us to enjoy mimosas, despite the restaurant being practically empty. So I only got minimum refills and they make you pay for the bottle if you would like to leave it on the table (which btw they were serving Andre) and they charged double for that. Waste of money
