I visited Paparcut last night with my family to celebrate a couple of birthdays, and the experience was fantastic. The atmosphere was vibrant, and both the drinks and food were delicious and unique. Papercut is an absolute gem! The cocktails were incredible—creative, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. The sushi was mouthwatering, easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time. What really made the night special, though, were the bartenders. They went above and beyond to make our experience personal, asking about us and making genuine conversation. That kind of attentive, authentic service is so rare these days. We left feeling like regulars on our first visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Incredibly friendly servers from start to finish and delicious drinks. Tried 4 different drinks, all amazing. Expect 18-20$ per drink. Sushi pop up-can order right to the bar got the king salmon nigiri and it was to die. Can’t wait for the full Restaraunt in 1.5 months. Thoughtful concept. Highly recommend.

Too expensive for the cool crowd. Delicious food and cocktails. The current art show (December 2025 -> ?) is paper-cut and really worth taking a close-up look at. Each lounge seating area was paired with an art piece but most of the guests seemed oblivious to their existence.

There was a lot to like here. The theme is unique and artistic. The drinks were really good too. However, the entire experience was marred by the lack of service which was weird because it started off really well.
We had 3 drinks between 2 people, and then our original server came by to tell us that there will be a hand off to another server. We never had anyone come to our table after this interaction which consisted of over 40 minutes of waiting with empty glasses. I’m not even sure why there was a hand off because the original server continued to work with tables sat after us, and the place did not seem busy as there were only 2 or 3 other tables besides us in the main room.

10/10 experience! The staff is so personable and friendly. They rotate the cocktail list in accordance with artist(s) they feature within the venue. I love cocktails on the sweeter side, and the “U Bet” was perfect for me. I ordered it again and again. Highly recommend this place 🙂
