Meh. Honestly it was a mixed bag.
Baked fries were on point. But my chicken Parm sandwich left plenty to be desired. The breading pretty much all fell off, and the chicken was too thick for the sandwich so I mostly ate bread/sauce and cheese with a few bites of chicken.
It was my first visit so perhaps just bad luck.
Folks working today were friendly enough though… Oh and the atmosphere was quaint and small, which was fine

Their food is amazing, they ruined big chain pizza for me. After you have their pizzas or sandwiches. Forget about it! You will never look at the big pizza chains the same. Thank you, Papa’s Pizzeria staff.

I was feeling nostalgic so I ordered a “Small” Supreme Calzone. All I can say is MY-OH-MY, it was probably one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, ANYWHERE. I like their pizza, love their subs and salads, but WOW! that calzone hit every spot. It was fresh and hot, soft bread, well seasoned, flavorful, meaty, cheesy but not soggy, and for a small it was a good portion size. Their service is always friendly and excellent. The restaurant is cozy but hip with modern industrial vibes. My only minor complaint… watch that step whenever you enter and exit.

Excellent salads with fresh ingredients, highly recommend the homemade ranch dressing. Had two different 3 inch subs, both were toasted to perfection and loaded with tasty fixin’s. They already had me one over with their crunchy ice machine that see too seldom. You are missing out if you don’t visit.
