This place has gone down hill. I don’t know if who is running it is just not overseeing their employees or what but the sub I got had wilted lettuce an instead of bacon slices they put bacon pieces like what goes on salad. And just a tiny squirt of mayo. There is no pride in restaurants businesses anymore.

First time getting pizza from here, so didn’t know what to expect. I am not a big pizza eater, but I am now a fan of Papa’s Pizza to go! Pizza is not salty or greasy like most other places (chains) and the ingredients seemed really fresh! Staff was friendly when I picked up my order. I am highly recommending this place!!!

This is a to be continued review . We ordered 2 club subs and didn’t change anything to the order options outside of it not being toasted . They arrived with our pizza and soda but they looked nothing like the picture when you order . I quickly reviewed my order to make sure I didn’t mess up and it was fine . I called back told them hey what’s with the no lettuce and tomato I’ve just got bread meat and cheese and one sandy didn’t even have mayo on it . They sent over 2 more properly made and those were good . Probably just a mistake . So that’s why I give it 3 for today .. the redo was better . We’ll see how it is next time we order from here .

The food quality has really gone downhill. I have gotten burnt pizzas. Today to got a large square cheese and it had a huge bubble in the middle pushed the toppings off of 4 out of 10 slices. Most quality places will at least pop the bubbles half way threw the over. Its one of the highest price pizzas in town.
As a consumer if i pay top dollar for a pizza you could at least try to make quality product. I have lost hope in this place.

Horrible pizza
It’s dry, barely sauce on it, hardly any bacon, sausage nor cheese. I’m very upset. This is the second time they messed up my order.

We got a sub, pizza, wings & a calzone . Absolutely the WORSE food we have ever had .
Zero flavoring on the wings & they were so burnt with super fatty skin . They messed up the calzone order & the pizza was gross it tasted like frozen pizza (I actually like frozen pizza better than this) we were so excited to try it because of the good reviews .. but so disappointing and we are not finish the food we ordered . What a waste of money

Papa’s has the best pizza—I’d choose it over any other, any day. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been a favorite!
I understand that most of the staff are high-school aged, which is totally fine, but a few just haven’t been the smartest cookies. That said, attention to detail can be hit or miss. For the past two years, I’ve consistently ordered the buffalo chicken pizza with four sides of ranch. About half the time, they forget the buffalo sauce—but when we catch it before leaving, they’re always kind and quick to fix it. If we don’t catch it until we get home, we just add some of our own sauce—no big deal.
Unfortunately, on our last visit before moving out of town, they misunderstood the order and put the four ranches on the pizza. I’m sure there’s some weird people out there that go for it, but personally hot baked ranch is not it, bleck. So they managed to ruin our last papa’s pizza : ( but if you stay on top of them about every detail of your order, the yumminess is worth it lol.
