Quiet place at 3 in the afternoon. Had the place to ourselves. They have a large menu with lots of options even for the kiddos.
I created my own, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, cheddar with their homemade Alfredo as the base sauce, it is pictured.
And the meat sub, all items were delicious.

Absolutely terrible. I genuinely wish the previous owners would come back, because the current management has completely ruined this place. The staff were rude and dismissive, acting as if customers were an inconvenience. We didn’t receive all of our food, and when the rest finally arrived, it was cold and stale—so bad my kids wouldn’t even eat it. No apology, no accountability, and zero customer service. The food quality was unacceptable, and the entire experience was a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Total pro staff, Papas Italian catered food for my mom’s funeral in Buffalo spoke with owner even though it was out of range he made it happen. Food was delicious, added to an already amazing service. Thank you all involved.

We have never been here, Jade offered to give advice about the menu without hesitation.
She was polite, courteous, and could banter with the best of them.
Not only that, is she RAN that floor. People came in and she acknowledged them, while doing six other things with a smile on her face.
Drinks were never empty, we were checked on multiple times, and she did it all with the vigor and energy that is rarely seen by someone in their early 20’s.
Jade – thank you for being fantastic. You are bound for greatness with that attitude and work ethic.
We are both still blown away by this experience!

Tasty sauce and decent meatballs. Ordered the larger size of spaghetti and portions can depend on who you get (if you are doing order pickup). Kids meals are well priced and well portioned. Overall a nice place to stop and I would recommend. Not a five star due to inconsistent portion sizes when ordering carside.

I go here at least once a month with my grandma and I have to say I love the atmosphere in Papa’s Italian.
The waitress is a doll and is always on point with what you need.
The food is make in a pretty good time and they also have a mini buffet (around 4 or 5 items)
Soups are out of this world!!
They also serve wine and some beers
I strongly recommend this place if you want to just sit and relax without a concent stream of people going in and out.

The food here is worth the 30 minute drive. Pick a calzone or one of Papa’s pies and you won’t be disappointed. The homemade dressings are AMAZING!

I don’t typically ever write reviews for any places. But honestly was disappointed.
I try to go to local places to support my community but it really sucks to see Ai art being used.
Alternatively the gyro was like rubber????
All the food LOOKED good, but taste & texture wise it was just off.
I’ll give them credit where credit is due, they can make pretty good, but it’s nothing if the food isn’t tasty.
Most things are on the menu for about 10 dollars with lesser quality than i had expected from McDonald.
When I looked through the window into the kitchen area behind me (I don’t wanna start rummors so don’t quote me on this) but I think I saw someone picking their nose.
I don’t know if they actually did or if it just looked like that,
I really wanted to love this place.
But it really wasn’t good.
