I got the Puerco en Salsa Verde, the Chicharron, and the Tepache Chicken.
Chicharron is amazing, incredible flavor, likewise with the Puerco. The Tepache Chicken to me was dry and not that flavorful.
Maybe they had an off day, I also got it to go and didn’t eat it hot so maybe that’s it. Either way it wasn’t really that bad, the toppings and tortillas made up for it.
The corn tortillas here are the best I’ve ever had, really something special. Staff very professional and quick.

One of the many food stalls in The Finm. Great tortilla.om the taco which was chicharone had great texture and flavor with the green salsa. Guacamole with fresh made chips was a nice fool as an side dish. Would come back to try other items.

We tried 4 different types of tacos the carrot, pork belly, pork in green sauce and brisket and they were all amazing. We loved the pork belly and the carrot one a lot! Everything taste fresh and the combinations of flavors are delicious and all the meats are juicy and flavorful. Must try taco place!

Tepache actually comes from Pineapple when it’s fermented so this definitely gave the chicken such an absolute great taste! It most definitely was the highlight of my tacos! I also had the brisket but the chicken was even nicer! & I never say such a thing
Customer service was great they answered all my questions!
To top it off I had the Pineapple Agave drink which was also very tasty! Bonus: Tortillas are homemade style of course

We went to try the carrot taco but didn’t realize they don’t start serving that until 11am. So we opted for breakfast menu. They were entirely sold out. Seriously? Finn Hall wasn’t even hopping. So okay – we go get coffee and wait an hour till 11:00. I kid you not we were the I to people in line at 10:55 and at 11:00 – guess what. “Sold out” of carrot tacos. WTH?
We tried the pork belly – it was delicious. But the tepache chicken was dry, and no flavor. Covered in cabbage and spinach. Nothing special. How is this on the top 50?

Wow! I just had their brisket tacos and they are the best I ever had! Their mild sauce is amazing and the perfect complement to the tacos! I definitely can’t wait to go back! Very very good!!

This is a tasty spot in Finn Hall for unique takes on tacos, enchiladas, tortas, etc. We really enjoyed the Chilaquiles and the Zanahoria Tacos. Papalo is in a shared space with multiple other food spots right on the light rail line. There was ample seating at 4p on Thursday for us.
