Stopped in while shopping and sampled a few of their gelatos – ended up ordering a cookie dough milkshake for about $13. It was decent but probably would not order again. Service was decent and would recommend for a quick, sweet treat.

Although there was only one staff member working and a long line outside, the experience was great! I am actually happy the ice cream shop closed early tonight and we were able to find this gem! The gelato was great as was the chocolate covered waffle cone! Service was fast and efficient. Not overly friendly but understandable given the line. I am sure the staff would kill it with tips with just a bit more happy attitude! Nonetheless we gave a 25% tip given the line of folks! Thanks for being open!

The most delicious gelato or ice cream we had in Hawaii! We got the chocolate + chocolate dipped waffle cone and the chocolate hazelnut + waffle cone, and both were incredible. This place is a must visit when you’re in the mood for something sweet.

Fantastic gelato and awesome experience! The staff members were super friendly and patient with our kids. It was super neat to hear about they make the gelato (and it’s quite impressive how much effort goes into each flavor). We all left with smiles and plan to come back the next time we’re in town.

Their best flavor was the Kauai crunch. I tried oreo, chocolate brownie, bisconi and the raspberry too. But out of all the Kauai crunch was the best for me then I liked the chocolate brownie most. They have a wide range of non dairy sorbet ice creams too. Didn’t try any of those but m sure they are good too

I had 2 scoops of the Oreo in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. So good!! Definitely recommend if your in the area to stop by. The staff are super nice. The shop is a bit on the small side so they limit it to one family at a time so it’s not over crowded inside.

This place is incredible. The gelato is smooth and flavorable; you can tell that they don’t cheap out on ingredients. They have all the classics and a good rotation of unique flavors that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Easily some of the best gelato I’ve had!

Enjoyed a few gelatos here over the course of the past week. The flavors are very tasty and diverse from Oreo to Mac nut varieties. Salt Pond was a favorite.
Atmosphere wasn’t much as there’s no in-store tables or seating and only one family is allowed in the store at a time. Customers wait on a line outside the store. Also, once you have your order you have to take outside to enjoy it.
Service was limited by one employee taking, then making and closing all the orders. The employee was very efficient, but as you can imagine as more people lineup, the wait times get longer. Just be aware of this ahead of time. If you see a line, it might take a little while to move. We had two families ahead of us, and the wait was about 10 minutes.

Brownsville Girl
I really wanted to like this place, based on the reviews. Sadly, I was disappointed. I had the birthday cake and the chocolate peanut butter. The birthday cake was okay, flavor wise. The chocolate peanut butter I didn’t care for at all. The chocolate wasn’t bad but the peanut was terrible. Hard gobs that had almost no flavor and I didn’t like the texture at all. My husband had two flavors of sorbet, raspberry and strawberry. The sorbet, like the gelato lacked a rich or creamy texture. Over all, it tasted like grocery store products but was very expensive.
