Everything was excellent, rice pilaf, grilled whitefish with lemon butter, shrimp fish and chips, chicken tenders. The staff so super friendly and helpful. We have not been since 2020, so so nice and the food pricing was very nice for the quality. The outside area looked nice ever.

The food here is always a banger. It’s amazing how big of a spread is on the menu. Feeling like eating healthy? No problem. Feel like being a fatass? No problem, they got you. Want to knock back a few beers and watch the game? You’re good.

We had a large family gathering in the patio area. Was a perfect set up and location. Food and drinks was delicious. A very big thank you to management and the entire staff that made our day special. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come again just to eat. Thanks again.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and have always enjoyed the food here, which is exactly why this was so disappointing.
Yesterday around 6:00 PM, I came in with family members and my husky puppy, Axl, not realizing dogs aren’t allowed inside that area.
While I was finishing my order and paying, one of the managers, Erica, approached me with a rude tone and noticeable attitude and told me I couldn’t be there with a dog. I asked whether that policy also applies to ESA dogs, and she said yes. I immediately complied, left the lobby, and moved to the back patio.
I respect business policies. I don’t tolerate disrespect. The policy wasn’t the issue—her delivery was.
I genuinely hope management addresses customer service and prioritizes hiring people who treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. Thankfully, Chino Hills has plenty of great food options, so Papachino’s will no longer be one of mine.
I also want to acknowledge George, Blake, and other members of the Papachino’s crew who have consistently been welcoming, professional, and made my family and me feel at home—thank you.
I’m old school and I stand on respect. After the way I was treated, this place is no longer an option for me.
Let’s make customer service great again.

My second time at this restaurant. Great food choices and tasty selections. If I had to choose my favorite, the fish tacos would be it. But the other dishes is wonderfully prepared as well. Nice outdoor seating area to enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner with friends and families.

My first visit last was last Sunday after church. Lunchtime. Line was long but it went pretty fast. Menu was vast and made it difficult to chose. Fish tacos, salad, grilled veggies. Free salsa and chips to tide me over until my food came. Everything was delicious! Took 4 cookies home for later. We will go again for sure.

Excellent. This was our first food stop on our vacation and it was amazing, the service was quick, the staff was helpful, friendly, and cheerful. Most importantly the food was DELICIOUS, my husband and I both got wet burritos ( Chicken and Caritas) and they were so satisfying. The free chips and Salsa were pretty good too.
Update: We tried the chicken nachos, crispy calamari, and the fish and chips and it was AMAZING.

I finished that wet burrito; I might still be full even. Good portion sizes.
Restrooms were clean and drink/chips station was maintained and it’s a kid attraction for sure.
Games on the TV (go Dodgers)

Great food and a nice family owned restaurant. There is some seating inside and plenty of seeing outside with big screen TVs which usually have the major sports on. In a little bit cooler whether they have plastic shades on the outside so the window doesn’t come through and they also have heaters. They usually quite busy after church gets out on
Sunday. You order for my counter and they deliver your food to your table. They have a self-service beverage station along with free chips and salsin couple of different fixings. On this particular trip I ordered a shrimp wrap and my husband ordered to fish tacos with extra sides à la carte. Both of us enjoyed our food but he said he wasn’t that hungry he could have done with one talk with the size of the sides that including the chips and salsa that were free self-serve.

Good food, great location to eat with a big group, great selection to accommodate different tastes and great service.
Came here for the first time to meet up with my running group and really liked the patio set up and enjoyed the food and company of my friends without being crowded by other groups. Servers came to check in on us regularly and all in all I would recommend this place to host a dinner for your group.
