I’ve been here with different groups of friends, and every time everyone is very happy with their meal! Everything is fresh, they have a great cold bar with fresh veggies and seafood, and a very solid sauce bar. The service is usually pretty snappy. Their Chinese Herbal soup base has great depth and just the right amount of spice.
Absolutely recommend for a great hot pot experience!

Sunday brunch, got here at 1150 and was seated right away. Unlike last time it was over an hour wait for a table.
Food is always fresh and you can fully customize your pot at your table.
Various meats, seafood and veggies available through the buffet. There are special meat cuts that they bring to table by order.
They did get more servers and this service was great. Starting at $25 per person this is a great deal for lunch.

My family is so happy to have found this restaurant. We now don’t have to drive to Los Angeles or Orange county when we crave for hot pot. We love how clean and inviting the restaurant is. The ambiance is great with good music. There are different varieties of seafood, noodles and very clean fresh vegetables. As for soup choices, there are plenty to choose from. The server will top of your broth once you run low. We tried the mushroom, tom yam, and gold soup bases. We ordered beef and lamb. They were all very good quality meat. I was especially pleased with the sauce bar where you can choose from several different ingredients to make your own custom sauce or follow some of the recipes they give. All in all, my family love this restaurant and definitely will come back.

Very reasonable prices with amazing quality meats. Great selection of non meat options too. The wagyu fried rice was . What really steals the show is the veggie, desert, sauce, and seafood bars. I’ve never seen such an extensive selection. Oysters were nice and fresh too, not the usual flat old kinds at buffets.

Stopped by this place on a whim and was so glad I did. It’s an all-you-can-eat setup.
The servers were super friendly and attentive—they kept checking in just enough to be helpful without being overbearing. Everyone had a smile on their face, which made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming.
As for the food? Delicious. Everything I tried was fresh, well-seasoned, and came out quickly. Whether you’re into grilled meats or something more traditional, there’s a ton to choose from and it all tastes great.
Will definitely be back—come hungry!

This place is perfect if you love sake and want to try something special. I had the Denshin First Class, and it was elegant and smooth, one of the best I’ve ever tasted. They also offer popular beers like Modelo and Bud Light, so everyone can find something they like. The mix of casual draft choices and high-end sake makes it a great spot for groups.

If you’re looking for a fun and flavorful hot pot experience in the Inland Empire, Papa Zhang’s Hot Pot in Rancho Cucamonga is a must-visit! The food was so satisfying—fresh ingredients, rich broths, and plenty of options to customize your perfect bowl. The service was on point too—friendly, fast, and super helpful, especially if you’re new to hot pot.
But what really sets this spot apart? They have a karaoke room! During dinner, you can belt out your favorite songs with friends—it’s such a vibe. Whether you’re planning a night out or just craving a cozy meal with a twist, Papa Zhang’s delivers on food, fun, and great energy.

Hey, I recently visited Papa Zhang’s BBQ and Hotpot and had a disappointing experience. I ordered the $24.95 SELECT option, which advertised unlimited soups, appetizers, and buffet favorites. However, the waitress told me that since I got the cheapest option, I only get one broth, and my companion and I had to share the same flavor. When I asked about ordering beef, she said it wasn’t included in the SELECT option, despite the menu not specifying that. The appetizers were also not provided, but she listed them on the receipt anyway. The service was very poor, and I felt misled by the menu description. I’m hoping you can look into this and improve your service.

I came in just order skewers, and I waited for 45 minutes to get 10 skewers ready. That’s fine if it’s gonna be take a long time. But at least let me know when I ordering it . there is just four table at the restaurant but I wait another half hour for my check. No one even said’ sorry’ . I have to go to the front to pay for it. So 10 skewers I spent 90minutes.

Me and my girlfriend went here, we ordered the thai broth / chinese broth. Sesame balls were good. My soup was bland. I ordered popcorn chicken and it look liked crumbs and it took awhile for them to come with it as if they forgot. The chinese broth had to many chili seeds and dunking the meat in it became unedible along with the seeds. Too pricey, would not go back ($80+ or so)
