This isn’t really a sit down place as it is small, I always get to go. Easy online online ordering system when many options. The food is always super fresh and generous portions. The staff and friendly and courteous.

Foods are of food court quality. Avocado smoothie has no avocado taste whatsoever. There is a statement that they don’t use artificial powder in smoothie, but who knows? I ordered an avocado smoothie and threw it away as it didn’t have real avocado taste whatsoever. They said they used lettuce in avocado smoothie. Why? To mask the powder color and taste? Will not come back here again and don’t recommend their smoothie to others.

Papa Yu by far has THEE BEST sushi in Houston. I love their shaggy dog roll. Large portions (8 rolls), nice and saucy, and it’s made as soon as you place your order. The only place that truly gives you a bang for your buck. The peach guava green tea with boba was so refreshing!!! So was the pineapple lemonade. I will forever be a repeat customer.

I ordered the Philadelphia roll, but there was no avocado in my roll. The salmon tasted great and big chunks so thats a plus. Disappointing they messed up the roll though. Also the place needs a paint touch up looked a bit run down and there was no soap in the womens bathroom…

I came for lunch on a Friday afternoon and it was consistently busy while I was there, both with people dining in and with take-out orders.
You order at the counter and then they’ll either bring your bowl out or call your name for a to-go.
I got a custom poke bowl with organic greens and it was perfect. The fish was of the expected quality, no fishy taste or scent. Portions were great at a very reasonable price.
The service here is also top notch! They brought out a high chair for someone carrying a baby without being asked.
Overall, lovely spot for poke that might be one of the best in Houston for this price range.
