Wonderful food, beer, and hot sauce selection in an unassuming location! We got a plum sour from the local brewery, but the standout was the lobster tail mushroom Buffalo Bleu cheese “wings” which were absolutely drenched in an amazing sauce and accompanied by a surprising selection of ice cold, flavorful local hot sauces. Extra points for keeping the hot sauce cold to preserve the fresh flavor, that’s not something you see everywhere. The ladies working there were awesome and the decor is very kitschy and funny. Highly recommend making a quick stop for a bite or drink if you’re traveling through McKinleyville!

Taste-wise it was great. An awesome burger and the garlic fries are way better than other places I’ve had in the area. The burger / sandwich prices are on the higher end but I didn’t feel ripped off considering the taste. That being said this is California and gas around the corner is over $2 more than I paid when I got home to Georgia.

Wife and I stopped here for dinner after hanging out in Redwoods National and State Parks. The burger was fantastic and so were the fries. My wife said the chicken sandwich was delicious as well. Simple ingredients but tastes great. Good beer selection as well. We played battleship while we waited for our food and had some good beer. It’s a small place but worth the stop!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The owner is so cool, his cook is pretty awesome too. Best food ever. We twice during our short stay there. And the second night we even ordered food to go just to be able to try more of the menu. I am super impressed with the quality of the food, the fact its locally sourced, and the meat is procured from someone who treats their livestock humanely. If you can stop here because if you dont then you’ve missed out.

Stopped by for dinner. The soup and salad were so fresh and tasty! My husband had the chickpea and cashew burger. He assures me it was delicious too. Great beer and cider selection to compliment the food. Loved it!

Best burger and fries in Humboldt county. Period! For a way better price. Super cool place with interesting people and atmosphere. Place uses good ingredients. (no Sysco nonsense) lots of local organic vegetables, local organic grass-fed beef, fresh cut fries, craft beers/ciders etc. Definitely call in your order, because it can get busy! Can’t go wrong!
