Actually we loved it, every drink the bartender was preparing was like a show, this guy out a lot of passion on it and it shows.
He made THE BEST Pornstar Martini for me and the best Liquor 43 Sour.
Everyone on the work floor was super friendly, the food was deliciousssss, fast service, as starter we had the Papa Steak Plateau which is for 2 persos, was amazing, the Ibrico Croquettes are A MUST and for the main course we had steak, of course, Papa Steak and Mama Steak. Absolutely delicious.
I would definitely recommend this place, for sure we will be back
– music was too loud
– staff needs to get more training
– dishes don’t arrive at the same time
Overall would not recommend, more on the pricier side, but what you get in return is not worth it.
– the carpaccio was not raw, but more like “rosbief”
– the iberico boneless ribs were too rich with flavor, needed something extra to balance it out with
– the ribeye was good, but the sauce “bierre the paris”, was just not it. No taste, it was just oil and butter, didn’t finish it. Mushroom sauce was good.
– cheesecake was too dry
The interior design was beautiful, stylish yet comfortable. The only downside is that it does get quite loud, which makes it hard to have a proper conversation so maybe not the best choice for a date .
The service was excellent, attentive and friendly throughout. For dessert, I had the cheesecake, and it was absolutely delicious!
I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice evening out.
The hospitality does not match the prices at all. You cannot charge premium prices while providing such poor service. If you’re going to be expensive, the service needs to reflect that.
A so-called manager came over to “resolve” the situation, but it was obvious he didn’t want to be there and showed no genuine concern. The only compensation offered was a complimentary bottle of wine, which felt more like a quick way to shut us up than a sincere apology.
To make things worse, after spending close to 600€, I ordered two more tequila shots (8 in total) and later realized we were charged for a more expensive tequila without being informed or asked, only after asking why I’m being charged extra 24€, then they refunded 20€ cash while we was outside waiting on our uber. And tbh the one they charge us for was for the “anejo” which is a gold colour tequila and we received the normal one (clear).
Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. High prices, terrible service, and zero accountability. Would not recommend
I made a reservation only to get there and have you wait 20 minutes for our table to be ready. After that we were placed on this tiny little baby table the was full after we ordered water and a bottle of wine. I don’t even know how that can be considered a table.
Our lovely waitress Rika (10/10) thought we were placed there because we did not have a reservation but when I told her we did have one she moved us to a space where we could actually sit comfortably but this was already after our starter.
The waiting and small table ruined the experience for us which is unfortunate.
As for the food, I ordered a Tbone steak medium and it was grey, and the potato was cold.
My friends steak was cooked perfectly though. So that was redeeming. Ultimately a mediocre experience for expensive food.
The restaurant is going for a casual fine dining atmosphere but it falls short of that mainly due to slow service.
We ordered a Moscow Mule and a gin & tonic which took 30 minutes to arrive. It was understandable with how busy the restaurant was. However, wine glasses should have been removed to make more room on the table for the entrees.
We got our ham and bread appetizer before our drinks. Our entree order was not taken until after we finished the appetizer. I think this is what may have caused our steak to take 40 minutes, which would have been fine if it had been cooking while eating our appetizer.
The bread and ham appetizer itself was great! We loved the garlic sauce for the bread the most. The ham was good as expected.
We got the T-Bone steak cooked medium to share with fries. The steak temperature was as requested, but the flavor felt very bland. It would have been better if the steak had more flavor like pepper, garlic, or rosemary. We did get the chimmichuri and butter sauces which came on the side, but the steak still fell below our expectations.
The fries were as expected. No salt on them either.
The server was kind, but very slow and perhaps not following server steps to make the overall experience go more smoothly. This place could live to the vision of a casual fine dining restaurant with more server training and control over its food flow.
The only negative note is the water, which costs more than a glass of wine.
Gluten free cheesecake…amazing!!!
