I moved to this town and was extremely concerned about the pizza situation. Luckily, the best pizza in Mount Holly is the closest spot to my house. I like to order it early in the day and have it uncut. It gets tossed in the fridge and then I zhuzh it up with my own toppings and goes in the toaster oven at 350 for about 10 minutes when I’m ready for it. It’s dynamite.

the large pizza is more like a medium pizza so if you want a traditional large pie you want to get the extra large. my wife and I went in there the other day and there was nobody there nobody in the parking lot we walked in but there was one guy there standing there and he was look like he was waiting a long time and there was one guy in the back what kind of sketchy but he was the only one working there and he took our order and everything but you know there was no real communication there there’s nothing really special about the place it looked kind of nice I mean you could sit down they were tables and chairs and stuff like that there was a TV I had something on but there was nobody in there I was totally empty and it made us kind of weary like why is this place empty at dinner time .the pizza was good but it could have been you know don’t charge me with a large cost and put it as a medium that’s the only thing I’m saying.

The pizza is flavorful and isn’t greasy, it’s tasty and doesn’t bog you down afterwards. Now, the burger? Absolute banger, you can taste the seasoning, and the buns are lightly toasted. Definitely try the burger even if it’s a pizza place!

I haven’t eaten inside.. but the way they haven’t setup they have games at each table the kids can play they can actually even learn fractions by pizzas which is very logical if you think about it but it’s a very great atmosphere is family-owned everybody super nice I can’t wait to actually bring my family down here and sit down and have a good time cuz it is a wonderful family atmosphere I would recommend it to anyone with kids or anyone at all but this is the second time I have got a Philly cheesesteak it’s absolutely delicious the bread they make themselves and the bread is banging I love it I would recommend it to anybody it is absolutely delicious so if you haven’t tried Papa Sammy’s Pizza get them to Mount Holly and try one of their Philly cheesesteaks and as soon as I’m able to eat some of the pizzas I will let you know how they are

We ordered take out tonight to try it out and I was bummed about our experience. When I called they said 30-35 min, but we finally got our pizza at 55 min. The customer service was lacking – no greeting when we entered or a “I’ll be right with you” – instead I awkwardly stood there as a woman was taking care of another task behind the counter. After we paid she just walked away, so I figured we had to wait. 15 minutes later I finally asked if it was ready and she said they were waiting on the garlic knots. Thankfully there were some games around to entertain my toddlers, but I wish they would’ve told us when we paid “it’ll be another X minutes.” Another man waiting said he called ahead too and was frustrated with both the wait and the lack of communication. The pizza was a bit greasy which hurt my stomach and the toppings were minimal. The garlic knots had almost no flavor. I will say, the fried okra was phenomenal! Overall it was fine, I think better communication from the workers would help a lot. I prefer eating local, but sadly Domino’s has better quality for the price.
