Great pizza and even better service! Tony (management) is the best in town. He’s so sweet, welcoming, and treats us like family. He always has a smile on his face and truly values the business. I ordered pizza for me and my mom and I called and was placed on hold then hung up on. Called back and placed my order. My mom went to pick it up and they tried to say I placed two orders and had my name on someone else’s order from when they placed me on hold the system used my phone and number. They tried to say my mom had to pay for it because I placed two orders even though I didn’t. Lo and behold the person whose pizza it was came in to pick it up and they were extremely nasty to my mom and didn’t apologize for their mix up. The lady whose pizza it was then said she also has problems with them up here. I will also attach the screenshot of our call log of my first 42 second call where I was placed on hold. Next time don’t accuse your customer claiming your computer systems never mess up because clearly they do. I’m glad we got our pizza and the lady was able to get her Hawaiian pizza you tried to make me pay for and you lost both of us as customers.

I wouldn’t know if the food was good. I ordered online and this was the location I was given. I was in Holland, MI. My daughter was in the hospital and I had been up for 36 hours. When I called to cancel they said they would refund it, but they did not. My medical bills are gonna be insane for a 9 day stay and they couldn’t even refund me like they said they would. Not impressed.

We have only picked up pizza from this location twice since moving to the area, and both times it was much better than the other pizza selections nearby. The hand tossed and deep dish were both good. We will most likely order again. My daughter said the shirtless baby on the box was cold so she drew a chef’s jacket on him. I think it looks pretty good!

We used to be very frequent visitors, ordering at least once a week, however, recently we’ve tried to order a deal that includes five toppings, we didn’t want the five toppings, but that’s the price we wanted to pay and they absolutely refused to honor the deal unless we put the five toppings on it. I picked up a pizza from this location Friday night. I asked for lite sauce. Bring the pizza home & there was ZERO sauce. It was so dry, myself & my family couldn’t even eat it. Please train your employees on what LITE sauce is. If I wanted a pepperoni cheese bread, I would have asked for that, smh. And $1.50 for a side of ranch is CRAZY!
