I recently ordered pizza from Papa Romano’s, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfectly baked — crispy on the outside, soft inside — and the toppings were fresh and generous. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite.

One of the owners actually delivered the pizza and it was only a few minutes late, the roads were bad and snowing bad and it was new years eve. He gave me a free 2 liter and was super nice. I had no attitude and totally understood. I offered him a slice of pizza and he politely refused. I then offered some m&ms and a candy cane, lol, still politely refused. He told me to leave feedback about the new Nashville hot wings I ordered and now here I am. They were great! The pizza and breadsticks were great too. I called them when it was running little late to ask if everything was OK and the employee told me he’s on his way and was very nice about it. I could tell they were slammed. Anyways, keep up the great work guys. Happy New Year.

To start, we’ve ordered previously and everything was great at a different store. However, this time the delivery was late. Plus, I and my guest was very disappointed with the thin crust pizza ordered. Pizza was like store bought crust rather than a crust you’d expected from a pizza joint. It made the pizza tasteless. Thin crust shouldn’t be tasteless. Imagine smeared toppings on a cracker. The regular style pizza was eaten with no complaints.

I work down the road from them. I don’t order a lot from them because every time I order it’s always burnt. The last time I ordered something I gave them the benefit of the doubt but, it was burnt and the guy was very unfriendly. Even though it is convenient for me to order a lunch from them I will not waste my money on them anymore!!

I had ordered my food to be DoorDash because I don’t drive somehow by accident. It was listed as a pick up. I called the store and they were so kind to me as to go ahead and deliver my food to me. They are outstanding in my opinion.
