I haven’t papa romanos in years. I use like there pizza but antipasto salad and there italian dressing was my favorite thing on the menu. So that’s what got for lunch and taste like old times. Absolutely delicious.

The experience with the cook was extremely disappointing. When we called to address that our order was incorrect, he immediately became argumentative, insisting he made the pizza himself. At no point did he offer to look at the pizza or ask us to return it—he simply dismissed our concerns and told us what it was, which I found disrespectful.
Considering how much money we’ve spent here, I expected a more considerate and customer-focused response. Instead, there was no regard for our feedback. When I pointed out that I was trying to handle the situation professionally, he responded by saying, “It is personal.” That’s completely inappropriate—business should never be taken personally.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can’t recommend shopping here.

Excellent pizza they accidentally gave us a plain pizza instead of a Hawaiian pizza when we called they said that they would make it right away. Excellent customer service definitely recommend.

The 12 mile location is absolutely delicious each time my boyfriend and I order. It’s always fresh, hot and tasty. We don’t live far so when we order delivery it’s still nice and hot. I refuse to go to any other location because this is my favorite one!
