The first time I ordered here my pizza was delicious! Which was last week, this time today valentine’s feb 14, 2026 I ordered a squared pizza half veggie half chicken it was horrible. The pizza needed to be cooked longer no pizza can be done in 20 minutes needs to be cooked at least 35 to 40 minutes. I know there are younger kids who work at this place but they need to tell them to make sure that food is done.

I will NEVER order from this location again. I placed an online order went to pick my order up at the scheduled time they provided on the email and my order wasn’t ready. I sat and waited for over an hour for my food. There were several people who came inside and grabbed their food only to return the food and request a refund. There were 3 young kids working the young lady advised that they had run out of things. I guess to try to appease for the delay and items they no longer had they gave way more chicken than I order however it wasn’t cooked properly. The bambino pizza that I ordered was clearly cold I had requested butter and Parmesan when I placed my online order to which the girl working there added to a cold pizza. Do yourself a favor and go down to the 12 mile and Evergreen location!!!

Papa Romano’s & Mr. Pita never disappoints. Whether I’m craving classic pizza, fresh salads, subs, or Mediterranean flavors like a pita wrap, they always deliver great taste and quick service. The place is clean, staff is friendly, and they’re always ready to take care of you. I love that they offer both carry-out and delivery, which makes it super convenient. Placed an online order for in-store pickup. I checked the food once I got to my car — thankfully — because the breadsticks were clearly raw/undercooked. Had I not been so shocked, I would have taken a photo.
I went back inside and asked for the breadsticks (and pizza, due to the delay) to be remade. The only young man working in the front refused. When I requested a refund, none of the three employees on shift knew how to process one. Only then did they agree to remake the order.
I also watched them put the returned food back into the pizza warmer, which was concerning.
When I finally got home, the pizza was undercooked as well.
Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

I will never give this place my business again. I’ve been trying for almost two weeks to get a refund for food I never got. On Saturday, Sept 27, I placed an online order for a small pizza and wings. They called and told me they were out of wings, so I said I would cancel the wings and get the pizza only. The pizza took way longer than I was quoted, but that’s another issue. The person working could not provide a receipt but said I would be refunded.
I was charged for the wings anyway, $11.99 plus tax ($26.84 total for the order). I waited a few days for the refund to show in my account. When it didn’t, I called the store. Fast forward a week, and I’ve called the store several times, provided my order number, asked to speak to the manager, filled out the online feedback form, etc. I was told they would pass my message on to the manager, who would be in touch. I still haven’t heard from anyone. Then when I called again, I was told the manager said I was already refunded. This is not true, and I have the bank statement and original order receipt to prove it.
This has been truly awful customer service. It’s not about the money, it’s about the fact that I basically paid $26 for a mediocre small pizza. I will NEVER go here again, and I urge you to give your business to more honorable companies. Papa Romano’s owes me $11.99 plus tax, and they’ve lost a customer.

DO Not eat here. I ordered a simple meal and ended up with full blown food poisoning. Within hours I was nauseous, vomiting, and miserable. This was not a coincidence this was unsafe food handling. No meal is worth getting sick over. Extremely disappointed and honestly concerned for anyone else who eats here.

I don’t even write reviews often but this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in my life. I was ignored for over almost an hour and told to I could take a seat at the tables… and they didn’t even have the decency to clean them? Then I once they actually decided to care about their customers and help I get met with the rudest, nastiest lady I’ve ever dealt with and then had the audacity to hand me a burned pizza.

My experience was terrible. Overall the food and service were a disgraceful mess. I was racially profiled and put next in the service line even though I was there first. FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER.
