First of all, I’m in another state, so I ordered a heart-shaped Pizza on Valentine’s Day for my daughter, who works at the hospital across the street and had requested they take it to radiology which is the third set of doors on the side? I had all this in the notes, and what do they do? They dropped it off at the main lobby. I gave them her name and they still didn’t write it on the box. Wow! No receipt, no email confirmation, no text. So my refund, I’m going to have to check on in 3 business days. Better be there!

I dont understand the bad reviews myself. This pizza is awesome, hot, fresh and for the most part available when running in for a quick bite. Who doesn’t love a crunchy deep dish? The Hawaiian style is my favorite. $6 for two slices you cant beat it, especially in today’s economy. Don’t mind the negative, keep up the good work

Pizza is great but they NEVER schedule more than one person at a time. Friday night and there are more than 8 people waiting on pizza. The poor young lady is doing her best. Very surprised she hasn’t walked out. And the store staff hasn’t stepped up to help her. You have a franchise business. Staff it accordingly on busy days.

The pizza slices are useully really good here. I ordered a small pizza with 2 toppings of pepperoni and green peppers. I was charged $14.00 something after taxes and my pizza crust was burned. When I went to another Papa Ramono’s pizza location and ordered pizza I found out that I was WAY over charged for a small pizza of just 4 slices.

I’m so sorry I can’t provide photos because the food went directly into the trash. The pizza was burnt. The breadsticks were old. The pizza may have been cooked fresh with breadsticks were not out of a gas station pizzeria. I would rate this place at 2

Asked for garlic butter sauce with the pizza and butter parm crust didn’t get neither and my breadsticks were thrown in the pizza box rather than in separate packaging. I called to complain and got told they couldn’t do anything about it according to the manager. First time trying it wouldn’t get it again.

Absolutely, terrible! I had the same issue with the online ordering. When I called the store they said they never received my order although I had been charged and said a manager would contact me in a couple of days! What! A couple of days! This was a $60 order and I have to wait a couple of days! There was no attempt to fulfill the order. Would not give me any contact information of anyone who I could contact to discuss the issue! The young man that I talked to, named Jacob, was obviously not equipped to manage the situation although he claimed to be a manager. This is the worst case of customer service that I have ever experienced. The issue could have been simply resolved if they just stated, “We are aware of the situation with our online ordering system. If you provide your order information and confirmation that you have been charged for the order we will complete the order now and you can either pick it up or we will have it delivered as soon as possible.” Simple! Issue resolved. But to say there is nothing we can do and a manager will contact you in a couple of days is completely unacceptable!

Sorry I have to edit this review. The pizza IS good when it is cooked properly. Unfortunately my last 2 orders were very undercooked. Like raw dough undercooked. Also, their prices are a little high as well. I’d pay extra if they cooked it properly.
We’ve missed Papa Romano’s since the Trenton location closed a while back. Without a doubt the best pizza around. Don’t judge it because it comes from a gas station just go try it .

Ordered a single slice and bambino bread. $6.00. Pizza was dried out like it had been made hours ago. Bread puffs were flavorless and marinara sauce was ice cold. Felt like I got the leftovers from lunch. It’s a no for me going forward
