I helped ordered this for my elderly resident and they sent this mess they claim this is 4 whole fish that is supposed to be lake trout… but cut two pieces of fish into 4 pieces. Then the prices are and the cashier claims that she told me that the price has changed from the menu which is a lie because she never did say anything about no price changed….please don’t order anything from here…

I have repeatedly asked this business to stop leaving menus at my house. I call them monthly, no exaggeration, each time they leave a menu, providing my address and being assured that they will not leave another menu. Yet, they continue to deliver them.
If this is their marketing strategy, they seriously need to reconsider it. Continuously delivering menus despite my requests is not only ridiculous but also off-putting. I refuse to order anything from them because they can’t respect my simple request to stop leaving their litter at my home.
Each time, I receive an apology and assurance that it won’t happen again, only for it to occur the following month. They even suggested that I put up a sign saying “No Menus,” but that would be redundant since I already have two signs stating “Private Property, No Trespassing, No Soliciting.” I will also be following up with my city councilman about this issue.

Food was very horrible and unpleasant. Crab cakes was mushy, tasted like bread , looking like corn bread, wings was fried so hard they cut my throat , no sauce after we asked for hot garlic, fries was horrible . The food made my whole digestive system very unhappy .. the best part of the meal was the ice and half and half .. if I could give -10 stars i would .. the man on the phone was very unprofessional,rude, obnoxious, and distasteful. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR BETTER FOOD AND SERVICES

So I got food from them Monday night and the driver that delivered the food told me my order was 40 dollars and I was not the one that placed the order it was a friend. Come to find out that the order was supposed to be 20 dollars and change he wanted me to get change back from the other 20 dollars and give a 2 dollar tip. The driver took off with my money in a burgundy sedan and a hour later came back after multiple people calling in to complain and still kept a 3 dollar tip and said no speak English never again

Horrible customer service the food look like leftovers nd still they didn’t want to give me a refund after I told them I wouldn’t eat it after they made it over because it’s gross. I ordered from there on Friday night Sept. 29,2023 and got my food within 45mins to an hr. It was a large order so I didn’t complain about that. However I ordered $121 worth of food and when I got it the steak on the subs were overcooked and hard and I ordered a chef salad with ranch dressing with extra dressing. They gave me blue cheese and I am allergic to blue cheese. I had someone else taste the salad because I had already put the dressing on it and they said it was blue cheese
When I called them and told them this they told me they couldnt refund my money at he time because the manager wasn’t there. They took my name and number and said that he would call me back. 4 days later I called them back and when I asked to speak to the manager they told me he wasn’t there and not to call back again. Well not a problem because I would never order from them again due to the service received. I am sure another sub shop will be more than happy to have an order of anywhere of $120-$150 when I order. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. And when I was on the phone trying to talk to someone I heard a customer in the background tell them not to put their hands on them again. Not very customer oriented.

They have a variety of food at a reasonable price, which is pretty good. The staff are quite friendly. It’s carry out only and they deliver.
