The food is ok but Jill the manager does not do a good job. She hires young kids for their first job and does not treat them well. They don’t get sufficient training and when they mess up get their hours cut to nothing. Of course they won’t be perfect so show them, guide them instead of ignoring their messages for days. She will call them at last minute and cancel their shifts and keep hiring more people. Then when asked several times for her managers name, refuses to give it. There was mold on the racks also which is not sanitary. They could definitely get better management.

February 2026 – The PaPa Murphy’s in Hutchinson, MN at 1380 Highway 15 South, has within the past couple months made it hard to rely upon to receive a freshly prepared Garden Salad.
My past few experiences on Friday Evenings have been unfortunate, as the salad lettuce (Romaine Lettuce) has been spoiled, and most certainly unworthy of being served to customers. The salads are being prepared ahead of time, and refrigerated, which I believe is contributing to the spoiling of the Romaine Lettuce. Should this location make salads as they are ordered, it would more than likely improve the inspection process by employees of the lettuce, and contribute highly to customers receiving a quality salad that does not include spoiled lettuce.
Overall, this Hutchinson, MN PaPa Murphy’s does a good job of greeting customers as they enter the location, and the pizza ingredients seem to be consistently fresh, and enjoyable after baking the pizza at home.
