Didn’t realize it is uncooked until pick up. I have never experienced one pizza shop that does bake at all. Forced 15% tips when ordering online. I wonder what service the shop provides to give 15% tip. ( there is custom option, but it doesn’t allow to check out)

Well since you don’t have a place on your website,I guess my complaint will be public instead of private,it started with attitude when I said I needed a minute to look at the menu,it went down hill from there I had to repeat my order 4 times cause it seems that my order was not understood,then I was told $36 dollars for my pizza order,I gave the cashier $46 and that really stumped her ad she didn’t know how much change to give meI had to tell her then it off to making the pizza in general the attitude of the employees was terrible and they still managed to mess up the order .This is not the first time that the attitude of the employees was bad happened before,but in your defense the pizza was good the service was horrendous but it was tasty.Thank You

Kids love to create their own pizzas! You can choose whatever you want to eat. We took family size thin crust, oil & garlic sauce, 1/2 spinach and cheese and pepperoni, 1/2 olives and cheese! Will bake our pizza at home!

I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews, but I wanted others to know about my experiences here.Overall, the side dishes and standard pizzas are quite good. However, they seem to consistently fail to assemble a proper stuffed crust pizza – there’s almost never any cheese in the crust. I’ve spoken with the manager about it before and was brushed off. 100% not worth the extra cost. If you order anything else on the menu, it will likely be fine.

The staff has ways been very accomodating, fast and friendy when i place an order with many customized options. I value being able to see the ingredients going onto my pizza are fresh and having the ability to control when i bake the pizza. Super convenient.

This is the only negative review I’ve ever made. I ordered over the phone for two pizzas and asked if they were doing the 2 pizzas for the price of 1? The lady answered yes, whichever one costs more is the one you pay the price of. I said, ok great I’ll get…. and gave her my order of two pizzas. I showed up within a half hour to pick up my pizzas, paid for them then went out to my car and realized they hadn’t given me the discount I verified over the phone. So I went back in and assumed she had just forgot or something, and asked for the discount. She said she wouldn’t give it to me because I didn’t ask for it AT CHECK OUT. I reminded her of the conversation we had over the phone and she still said she wouldn’t honor the discount…. I left without saying anything else. I try to be a kind person. Congrats. You lost a customer. It’s not so much the money but the principle of matter.

I like Papa Murphy’s, will continue to order pizza from them, but they need to do a MUCH better job of training the phone answers. Speak clearly, for starters. I made my order, said that was everything and then, I guess, he was done with taking the order and hung up. No repeating my order back to me, just click. No good bye, have a (whatever) day, just click.
