The fact that I’m taking the time to write this says it all! We just did a military move here and are busy unpacking all of our stuff. We have 3 little ones so I decided to get papa Murphys which at our last home was quick, easy and tasty. Today I ordered a pizza for us and did an online order. My husband drove the 30 minutes round trip to pick up our order. When we got it home the ticket on the outside said exactly what I ordered but the pizza underneath had none of the customizations. I called and assumed they would say something like “oh so sorry here’s a free pizza next time you come in” or at the very least 50 percent off. Instead she talked to the manager and said the manager can offer you 25 percent off next time. The girl I talked to was pleasant and professional which I appreciated, however, I was not impressed with management. Maybe the is normal here, hopefully we’ll have better luck in the future.

Ordered a “triple Pep” Pizza and a 15 minute wait. What I got was a pepperoni pizza and a 50 minute wait.
My son and I went to Fred Meyer to grab something real quick while the made the order. I returned at about the 20 minute mark giving them five minutes past the 15 minute estimate to be told my order would be a few more minutes.
I returned again at the 40 minute mark. You guessed it I was told it was not ready yet. My son and I decided to stand around the store with the other impatient would be Pizza consumers.
The store was staffed with teenagers who moved slower than mine. Of course, I paid ahead of time and of course they asked for a tip at that time… so now they’ve been rewarded for subpar performance.
I haven’t ordered from Papa Murphy’s in a long time and figured I would give it a try. The pizza was OK, yes just ok.
It’s unclear to me if this is common place or I just caught them on a bad day. However, if this is the normal operation, it’s odd that they have been around this long. I will not return to this establishment.

Ordered several pizzas and 4 had expired crust. I called to get them redone and the lady was extremely rude. She chastised me and explained how rough worked when clearly 1 pizza was perfectly normal and the other 4 smelled awful, the crust was flaking on the side and it hadn’t been baked and it was over a month expired. The customer service for this place is terrible. I will never be back. The lady who works there should not be in customer service.

I made an online order to pick up at 8:45 PM (they close at 9pm) at 6:25 PM for two pizzas. I get a call at 8:30 PM from one of the employees asking me if I’m still coming to pick it up and was being very rude to me. I explained that I put on my order that I’ll be picking it up at 8:45 and that’s what I put on my order. She rudely says they made it hours ago and I should make it for pickup around 8:15 because they’re doing all their closing duties between then and 9pm. I’ve always loved papa Murphy’s pizza, but boy the customer service is horrible here since the new management. Please train your staff that if closing time is at 9, you’re open until 9. Not advertising 9 and being rude to customers that make pickups at 8:45 more than 2 hours in advance.

Placed an order online. Went to the shop. The order wasn’t in their system. They confirmed the address was correct on my order slip, and then they just dropped the problem on me to fix. They had one person working there who didn’t know what to do. I don’t blame them, but now I have to go through Papa Murphy customer service for a refund, which takes 1-3 business days. Not ordering from here again.
