This was a very disappointing night for me and my family. I have read the most newest comments and others are providing amazing feedback and somehow we experience the worst. I and my husband bought 2 pizzas and placed them online at 5:16PM. We gave them some time before we headed out. We got to the store by 6:20. Got up to the drive through window and the worker Max was very rude. He said to wait here and that are pizzas were getting wrapped. We waited and waited and waited and nothing came out the window. He was brooming up the floor near the pizzas getting made. The other gentleman was still making our pizzas even after 1 hr and a half. Max lied. He could have been a decent human being and let us know that it wasn’t ready yet. He was not helping the other person make anything. Customers were coming in. This was horrible customer service. I’ve never experienced this at the Pasco Location EVER. Max had poor hygiene and had an open wound on his right wrist. It was disgustingly. My husband asked for a Manager’s name and he would not give it out due to safety reasons and told my husband he could be a stalker. My husband called the Kennewick Papa Murphy’s and asked if it was allowed to speak to a manager the and the gentleman their said yes and that he was looking at the manager’s face on the wall. PASCO MANAGER PLEASE DO BETTER AT WHO YOU ARE HIRING AS STAFF. This was absolutely rude and disrespectful in the way we were treated. Online ordering should not take almost 2 hrs. That’s why you have a drive through and online ordering. Please do something about this. Thank you.

We had ordered online, It said it would be ready in 20 mins. My wife and I left about an hour after ordering to pick up our order. We waited in line about 20mins before getting to the window. Max popped his head out didn’t greet or say anything and just stared at me. I told them Order for such and such. He repeated the name and asked if it was paid for. Then he “checked” on our order. He came back to the window and stated “You’ll wait here, We are just wrapping it up” We sat in the drive threw window for approximately 40 minutes. During this time I saw Max sweep and lift the dust pan over the counter were pizza dough was sitting, while one person was making the pizzas and Max was sweeping the same spots over 40 minutes. When Max finally opened the window he had our order in one arm and dirty dishes on the other. He very rapidly said “sorry about the wait.” He tossed the pizzas in my arms and knocked my phone out of my hands and was about to close the window when I asked for a receipt. He then looked and me dumbfounded and stated that since it was an online order he could not give me one. So then I asked for the name of his manager. He stated “I can tell you that they will be here tomorrow from 10am to 5pm but I can’t tell you their name due to safety reasons” when I asked what do you mean, do you know why I am wanting their name? He repeated himself this time to accuse me of being a possible stocker after making me wait almost an hour for our pizzas to get wrapped. Max seems like he is not a good team player he did not help make any of the pizzas in the almost hour I was there and he seems to have some hygiene problems. His hair was not in a net, his apron was dirty he not once washed his hands after handling the broom and food. I called another location and I asked them for there manager name and they even offered to take my name and number for a call back. This Papa Murphy’s crew needs to do better. To the only gentleman making the pizzas thank you for your hard work. To Max you need to understand that you can’t lie to customers have them wait an hour for “wrapping up your order”. I would have not been upset if it wasn’t for that. Also you added insult by accusing me of trying to “stock” your manager. If your manager told you not to give their name then they should not be a manager. Needless to say I am never spending money here again and that’s a shame I really enjoyed thier pizzas.

Bought a family size cowboy today and I am not satisfied with my purchase. The pizza does not have nearly as much toppings as it it used to. It’s pretty much a cheese pizza with too much sauce. What happened to all the toppings? I have pics, but I am having a hard time posting them.

Ask about their specials!! You can always save money because there is always deals going on! Right now they have this fabulous Summer Selects deal where you can get four pizzas: the meat, veggie, pepperoni, and cheese. The larges are $8.99 and family is $11.99. Hurry while it lasts!! Also, they do a wonderful mix and match deal where you can get two DELICIOUS side items for $6.99 each! 10/10 great experiences, crew is fun, and deals are incredible!!
