Call ahead pickup the pizza, wife permeates oven while I’m at the store picking up the pizza, pizza cooks in about 14 min in our oven. We got a extra thin crust pepperoni. Excellent for the pizza craving on a nice cool wet fall day. Dries up the humidity in the house, and gives me pizza to eat for lunch at work the next day!

Ordered ahead. Was supposed to be ready in 35 minutes, but it was ready in 15. Love that. I gave a 3 star for service and atmosphere because I wasn’t there long enough to really get a feel. Someone from the back did greet me as I was leaving, hence the 3 stars. No one greeted me upon entry.

So I went in today and ordered two different pizzas. Waited 20 minutes for my order and when I got it handed to me they where both the same pizza and not even close to want I wanted. So I went back in and asked what are these and they said that’s what I order and I then told them exactly what I ordered which was a family five meat stuffed pizza and a large cowboy stuffed crust and instead got handed one family thin crust all meat and a large all meat stuffed crust. The dude was even rude when I told him what I ordered and he told me that they don’t even do a stuffed crust five meat and I pointed to the board and he threw a fit about it.

Great pizza. I love the thin crust, especially. I’ve paid much more at other restaurants for mediocre pizza. My order is always correct and on time. The staff is consistently attentive and friendly.

The service was horrible, I was told my pizza would be ready in 25 minutes, it was not. I waited in the branch for another 30 minutes. Ken the person who answered the front counter told me my pizza wasn’t ready yet. It turns out it was on a tray right behind him the whole time. When I asked again and discovered it he proceeded to yell at one of the employees like it was her fault. It was obviously him, I couldn’t believe how rude he was!
The Pizza wasn’t good and we won’t buy anything at Pappa Murphy’s again. To add insult to this whole episode when I called Pappa Murphy’s to let them know about this experience. They did not answer the phone it went to voice mail and after 15 seconds it disconnected. Stay away!!!!
