The young man Rueben working the front today blew me away with that kind of charming service with a smile kind of attitude. And I fully realize how silly *I* sound. But he deserves the biggest shout out. Got the door for the woman who came after me, whistling while he works and being cheerful with his coworker. It’s exactly what you wanna see when you have a bad day and want an easy dinner.
Five stars.

I did not *personally* order, but I was a Door Dasher who was there to pick up an order. It was Halloween day and the shop had an insane amount of customers. The shop had a really great system set up to pick up online orders vs going inside to place an order. There was a gentleman wearing a sombrero working the online orders. He was GREAT. He had the patience of a saint. I watched him greet and assist countless customers, some of which were snarky & rude [and apparently didn’t think every pizza joint in town would be BUSY on HALLOWEEN at 5pm]. Every employee was great. They were quick, efficient, and SMILED the whole time. I couldn’t imagine the pressure the employees must have been under. Kudos to this team- they did GREAT!

Anthony and Zayden were so helpful and kind! After a rough day it was a breathe of fresh air! Anthony even offered to carry the pizzas to my car because it was dark, rainy and I was carrying my baby in a car seat! Will absolutely be back!

Asked for olives on the side not on pizza. Waited 25 minutes in store. They put olives on the pizza! They said they could remake it. Asked if it would be 25 more minutes or quicker. Employee just shrugged his shoulders. Left not happy and had to pick off olives!

It’s a standard Papa Murphy’s. They make your pizzas fresh for you with the good quality ingredients. The service at this particular place isn’t the friendliest, but they are fairly efficient. The establishment is pretty clean, and it’s in a decent area. I’m not a huge fan of paying full-price for pizzas that I still have to bake, but you go into Papa Murphy’s expecting that anyway. Their chicken garlic pizza tastes phenomenal.

Excellent customer service, great portion of toppings on pizza, and pizza is ready for pick up within a half hour after placing order over the phone. A special shout out to Joshua for his continued excellent customer service which keeps me coming back.

Regularly order here and its always been good. No issues with service and quality however am disappointed the location no longer allows half orders of their specialty pizza’s. You now have to customize the toppings on each half to reflect the pizzas you like and its much more expensive. Secondly I accidentally ordered a thin crust as one of my pizza’s because it defaulted to that and I didn’t notice I needed to change it, so that sucked. My mistake but still, my first pizza i selected was defaulted to original crust so I don’t understand how the second pizza default was “thin crust”. Some bugs to work out with the new online ordering system.
