Pizzas were good as always. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that I could not customize the “sale pizza.” I get it. It’s supposed to be cheap. But why can’t I add extra sauce and extra cheese for a little extra money like any other pizza? I could have “built my own” pizza that would have been nearly identical, but with extra sauce and extra cheese. The price would have been 2 1/2 times more. So, this time I went with the standard, modest amounts of cheese and sauce.

I love papa murphys. The pizza is super nostalgic. Tonight I paid almost $40 for two “large” pizzas. They have reduced the size of their pizzas so significantly it’s like the “family” is a large, the “large” is a medium, and the “medium” is a personal. Not worth the price.

Made online order last night through Papa Murphy app which is rather difficult to navigate with all the disclaimers etc. Went to pick up the order. Staff was friendly as usual. Got the item home threw it in the oven. Notice that toppings on the cowboy have were very thin as well. The Hawaiian half, even with the extra pineapple noticeably toppings are getting less and less

I’ve been here a few times now, and I can say, at this point, that this location is sub par. From rude employees to no care taken making the pizzas.
Just picked-up, (see photo), and apparently I don’t deserve pepperoni in the middle.? Weird, because I paid for it. I regret tipping, now, and will not be doing business here again.

I really don’t like the issues with online ordering. I reached out to the store, and they said they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me. I either had to pay $5.00 more dollars with them or go back online. Finally, it worked online. The pizzas were ready when I arrived. The gluten-free pizza crust is horrible and tastes like cardboard. The pizza itself really lacked in flavor. One half was garlic sauce, sausage, bacon, and the other was creamy tomato sauce, large pepperoni, and salami. My 2nd pizza was a regular crust, pizza sauce, large pepperoni, canadian bacon with pineapple. This really laxked in flavor. The crust was okay. Most likely, I will not come back.
