I quit eating PapaMurphy’s pizza about 4 years ago, (always all meat). When after eating a meat lovers, there was no flavor. Tried the Hawaiian, still no flavor…is this even meat?? It seems the the pizza and taste get smaller and the price gets higher.
Pay attention next time you eat…no flavor…so odd!.
I tried them with the new promotion, paid to add 2 more meat toppings to my $1 Med 1 topping…still no flavor??
Not a store problem, they are awesome but I get more flavor from a frozen pizza from a grocery store. What happened??

The pizza had basically no flavor, the idea of pizza was there but the taste was not. We paid almost $50 for two pizzas, and it was insanely not worth the price. The service was great! But the place smelled like they used old mop water to mop the place.

I walked in a hr or so before the superbowl.and they were being slammed .they had a ton of pizzas stacked up to be made and were taken phone call after phone call .even though they were being swamped at the time they were still very friendly and very polite. Best customer service you could ask for really …I would been so stressed but the two lady’s were very calm and very nice and still working hard to pump out there pizzas..great experience for real..great employees too.thanks papa Murphys. the bosses should be proud…and not to mention I still didn’t wait very long at all .less than 15 minutes and like I said they were being swamped with orders and phone calls ..great job thanks

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch stuffed… I usually order about once a month from Tacomas 12th ave and have NEVER once had an issue… always been awesome… tonight I ordered from 38th, got home to feed my boys and cooked the pizza and started digging In and all we could taste was onions. I got light onions, extra chicken extra spinach btw… there was NOT ONE piece of chicken OR spinach in our pieces so I start looking through the rest of pizza and nothing… I know things happen, orders get messed up no big deal, just wanted to call to Inform them… Who knows what could have happened. I called and I have never spoke to someone so rude… first he said im lying then said we’ll its too bad we are closed now and hung up on me. Crazy lol

Last night I came in for a mobile order and waited patiently. BIG KUDOS to the kid that was running that entire operation on his own. Apparently his work partner abandoned him and he needed to call his manager to send help. The boy was calm under a ton of stress. Thank you, dude. You’re my new hero. Oh and the pizza was AWESOME.

I called to place an oder for delivery, I had asked if the pizza could be paid for with an EBT card upon arrival. CODY was so rude and disrespectful, he hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone who could answer the question because he did not know. I called back and the first thing I said was “did you just hang up on me?” He replies saying “ugggggh” and hangs up again! I will never be purchasing from this location!!!!!!!!

A little over a month ago I had ordered a pizza for take out. When I took the saran wrap I found a large odd plastic piece. I checked the rest of the pizza and it was fine, so I just removed it. I called to inform the store that they had something that was peeling off and falling into the pizza. He offered to make us a new one but I kindly declined as it wasn’t a big deal to me since I was able to remove it.
Fast forward to today. I placed an order for two pizzas. I get to the store and the manager is talking to everyone but me. I wait patiently as I can see they are busy. After about 10 minutes I go up to the front and then these lovely ladies arrive behind me. The manager completely ignores me and starts asking them about what they would like and so on then walks away. Another few minutes go by, he continues talking to them, and so I just ask the ladies “Am I invisible? Lol”. He comes back again to ask them how they are and ignore me. I finally speak up and ask about my order. He responds and is pleasant-ish. Anyway I just thought that was extremely rude of him and I felt like it may have been a race thing because I’m a small white girl and the ladies were of African descent as he was. I just hope in the future he can better equip himself with the skills it takes to be a true manager.
Also the chicken on my pizza is super spoiled . I think he hates me for some reason but I’ve never been a Karen to him and have always been polite.

We paid for a 16” stuffed pizza and cinnamon roll dessert pizza. What I got was a 15″(actually measured) and something that looks like they just threw some dough down and covered it in cinnamon. Icing… what icing? The portion is subpar. Skipping this location next time.
