Actually commenting on the location would be nice. Papa Murphys needs to get IT TO GET OFF THERE BUTS AND ACTUALLY HAVE A WEB SIGHT THAT WORKS. I have tried several times yo use the reward for filling out a survey to no avail it gets my info and does nothing when I try to redeem the reward. When using the so called corporate sight to regegistar a compliment or complaint it only gives you location choices that do not include any location evan near you and won’t let you search for the location you want. I used to think Papa Murphys was an honest business based on legitmet practices, I see it now as more of a company that no longer cares about their customers. I will no longer do business with Papa Murphysthey forgot that there are other choices

Ordered online. Website very easy to use. Placed order at about 4pm for a requested 5:15pm pickup. Pizza ready when I arrived no fuss no muss. Baked and served to my Mother who described it as “luscious”. High praise from an octogenarian.

I went in around 12:30 on 12/28. The male employee had excellent customer service unfortunately I still feel shaken by the negative experience. This Papa Murphy’s is close to work and I just got off. I wanted to mix 2 kinds of cheese together. Vegan and Parmesan due to dietary issues. He was friendly and accommodated it. I offered to pay for the up charge but he said it’s unnecessary as I only wanted half and no mozz. I asked for something that’s not standard yet he was trying his best. Papa Murphy’s is corporate and management might need to give additional guidance on what to do in this specific situation, even if that means telling the customer no. That’s a learning opportunity. I don’t know if this woman was a manager or not but either way, berating him isn’t okay! Berating him and berating customers isn’t okay! That’s not how you treat someone.

An extremely livid woman came out of the back and started going off about amounts of cheese and inventory. It’s totally valid to have pars and inventory standards. What isn’t valid is the way she was going off on her coworker and me. She could have made this into a positive procedures experience for him. I offered to pay more to make it right; she declined. I offered to switch to one kind of cheese; she declined. She’d already put vegan cheese on the pizza before letting me know it was going to be a detriment to the store. I’m a fellow rule follower. Good customer service is respectfully trying to come up with a *solution* BEFORE starting the order. She kept going on and on about weights and pars of cheeses and just wanted to be angry. She offered no solutions only attitude. She was listening from the back when he rang me up and waited for him to finish ringing me up before coming out to say it was a problem how he charged me. She set him up for failure by waiting for the transaction to finish. It made no sense what she was trying to say but I understood she was unhappy about my order. I offered all the solutions as a customer that I could think of… paying more, or switching to one kind of cheese but nothing made her happy.

She was frustrated that I got a dairy base even though I wanted Parmesan (It’s a low lactose cheese) and vegan cheeses mixed. It’s none of her business but she was so angry that I explained my personal dietary restrictions to her. It’s her job to make the pizza, not question my dietary restrictions.

After all this, I told her I was too uncomfortable and regretted coming in. She started calling me “sweetie” and “hon” after I said that. “Do you understand why this is a big issue, hon?!”. Wow, how condescending.

The male employee was extremely apologetic and he seemed so shaken up. I felt bad for him and told him the pizza was beautiful to try to be nice.

When I got to my car I realized it didn’t have Parmesan on it at all. She started making the pizza but made him finish it. I assume he was so rattled by her poor behavior that he forgot to add it after all that! Poor Guy!

I was way to uncomfortable to go back, so on my way home I stopped at what I’ll now call the good papa Murphy’s. The manager there was soo sweet! She offered to remake my pizza for free because she said the crust was way too thin and it wouldn’t bake right. I told her that was unnecessary. These two stores aren’t affiliated and the fact she offered that was kind. She wanted to make it right even though it had nothing to do with her store. She said for me to seriously come back for a free pizza if it baked up weird. I insisted on just paying for some additional parm on my pizza. She charged 2 bucks for the parm and tipped all the cash I could but unfortunately I’d already used my small bills to tip at the other store and I didn’t have much left as the second store is cashless. $28+$5+$2+$4=a shitty afternoon!

If the guy who works at Union reads this, I’m so sorry you work in a hostile workplace. When I stopped at PacAve/38th to fix my pizza, I told her that I told you, they are a kinder store. She goes oh you know that’s funny you should say that cause I’m seriously hiring.

So not sure about stuffed crust or stuffed pizza, but I ordered a 1/2 pepperoni half Hawaii stuffed crust pizza in South tacoma, visiting family and came home to bake it. So from the pictures it looks like a full stuffed PIZZA. Not what I ordered. They told me yes we could do the stuffed crust with cheese. Got home and baked it, it was like a PIE.. I called the store and they told me they could offer me $1.25 off my next order.. I was very polite and explained i just wanted the pizza I ordered or a refund. She said well bring the cooked pizza in and we would make the pizza you wanted. At this point I just want a full refund for my full order. Why should I bring in a pizza that’s fully cooked and my son ate 2 pieces off of it. Very upset and just want to make this right .

When arriving i wanted 2 pizzas I asked if there were any special deals they said no. While they were making the pizzas I thought I’ll check found the pizza online at half the price they charged me. When I asked the clerk they said they forgot about the promotion and they couldn’t do anything about it. No idea if this is their common practice but its quite pathetic to lie to your customers. I won’t be coming back

Came in for my order of pizza pick up they messed my order up and had to remake my pizza so I went online to check to see company policy on if a pizza is made and is not correct if they are able to give you the pizza so I asked if that is an option they told me no, even though showing them the online information based off the companies demographics would love some clarity on this Papa Murphy’s because your Tacoma location is a little shifty
