The people who are working there at the bonney lake Washington Papa Murphy’s.. I came in at about 11:30 a.m. to noon and every single one of the people working were absolutely kind courteous and their pizzas that they made for me were so perfectly put together it boggled my mind! Kudos to those employees as it is so rare to see detail and craftsmanship in the food industry! Thank you guys so very much and I definitely will be coming back.

I love this place. I have a lot of allergies and the staff at Papa’s doesn’t even blink when I say, ” could I Substitute this for that!”. This is unusual to be so organized, and not the least bit annoyed! Also, at the last minute Superbowl game day plans changed and I picked up a large Pizza & salad before Noon on game day. They had a full staff, ready for the rush and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes.!! Thank you!

Papa Murphys is my favorite thing about moving back to the Pacific Northwest. I didn’t realize how much I missed it when I was out of its territory.
Their ingredients are not just the freshest of any pizza joint, but the most abundant. You will not get just 5 mushrooms on a pie; you will get a huge smattering that is found in every bite.
My favorite is a bacon artichoke with extra pink sauce. You cannot find this elsewhere and even if you could, it wouldn’t hit the same. When you can constantly get a 2 topping for 10.99, this is a no brainer.
The take and bake is so convenient and ensures I get it exactly how I like it. I’m an extra crispy kinda guy, and nowhere delivers it to my preference.
This location specifically is special. Last night I picked up my order and the worker told me a very funny joke as well. I love dinner and a show.
Now that I’m back in Washington, it simply doesn’t make sense to get pizza anywhere else.

Ordered two pizzas from this Papa Murphy’s location two days ago. One pizza was made correctly, but the second was completely wrong. I ordered an XL New York–style pizza with pepperoni and sausage and instead received a different pizza with an unfamiliar sauce that smelled very off (possibly white sauce or a different cheese). It was not what I ordered and not something I could eat.
I contacted both the store manager and Papa Murphy’s support to report the mistake. I was told they would not fix the error and refused to offer a refund or replacement. Since I’m a picky eater and it was trash day, I threw the incorrect pizza away.
When I called back the next day to follow up, the manager was rude and said that because I had thrown the pizza away, I was not eligible for a refund or replacement. This was extremely frustrating, considering the mistake was not mine.
I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. Receiving the wrong order is one thing, but refusing to take responsibility or provide any resolution is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

Halloween I learned a lesson, they had told me a half an hour wait and then when I got there I waited another hour! In a packed room! It was awful, but the people were very nice. The pizza, the special one I had made was delicious but the pumpkin pepperoni shaved one was not good at all.
