Tried placing an order online 3 times and I kept getting an error that something went wrong so I went into the store to order. I tried explaining what happened and I had a 25% off code. They would not honor the code and the person acted like I was yelling at her when all I wanted was to get my discount. Ended up paying full price. I have never had this happen before. Long time customer and have always had good experiences until today.

My pizzas were put in as a large and a family instead of two larges and he needed a coworkers help to change it. When the coworker, Cody, came over and fixed it my new total was more then it was prior and he said I don’t know it’s 22 something. And when I asked if my coupon was still on there he said I don’t know you can take it or leave it. At that point I just said yes I’ll take it I’d like a receipt please. After I looked at the receipt and did the math I realized my coupon wasn’t on there so I stood at the register letting them finish what they were doing before asking for my money back on my coupon. At this time another customer came in and the employee, Cody, spoke past me to the next customer even though I was standing there and I told them I wanted a refund for my coupon that didn’t get used and he told me the manager will deal with it tomorrow. I asked if they needed my information and he said no I have a receipt with it all and I took my food and left. My partner stayed and wanted his name and a managers name because of the terrible service and we were told “we don’t tolerate people like you” and that they “were trying to close” even though we were 30 minutes prior to close.

I was the costumer who walked in behind the last review, and their account is completely false. They were extremely rude and hateful towards the employee and the manager on staff. Just some Karens trying to ruin everyone’s night. Very funny to see a review from someone I witnessed first hand

Double the cost when you order a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza! 4 toppings on each 1/2 yet you are charged for
8 toppings. Then when you ask for a little more of just 1 of the toppings when you ordered extra (and were charged for 2 full toppings), you are told you will have to pay even more. Staff was rude and showed a total lack of care or concern

We ordered a taco pizza. You should call it the cumin pizza. That is all you could taste! Totally ruined with that overdone spice. Nasty!

We enjoy the pizza and like the prices. Generally a Papa Murphy’s night is a fun night. We would have even rated higher but the lack of training on how to deal with an error lingers.
The trainer needs to prepare employees for those what ifs – like when we mentioned our last two pizzas (same night) had no pepperoni, we were blamed for not bringing it to their attention that night.
The value of empathy is powerful and virtually impossible to get irritated at.
A simply ‘I am sorry… Our policy is (blank) so the best we can do for you today is make you an amazing pizza today.’ would have worked far better than “You did not tell us that night.”
We still are happy to do business here and pretty much anyplace with young people who are early in their careers will occasionally suffer from lack of training. No biggie.
I hope this share helps in a learning experience.

Always has been delicious and fresh. I do miss the salad and cookie display case. Where did that go and why? Anyhow when I’m home ill usually pick a couple family sized up a week which are very filling and large. Thought about a salad but didn’t see one there. Believe they are in the back now for some reason.

Love their pizzas. Quick and easy take and bake. Reasonable prices. If you order ahead on the app it is faster but I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. Today they told me 15 and I was out the door in 8. Fast, efficient and friendly staff .

I am loving that I can order a pizza and pay online then pickup without dealing with the other 3 people who stood in line tonight to get their orders. Thanks Papa Murphy’s for making it so easy to get a nice hot pie for dinner and not having to eat chicken again. Great service and kindness being shown at the Burlington location I appreciate you all. With regards to this Covid-19 I’m a bit worried about eating anywhere else but not concerned that I could get I’ll with ordering pizza cause you know its cooked at 425 DEGREES.
