My order was ready when I arrived even though I arrived early. I was greeted with a smile and the pizza was delicious! Papa Murphy’s at Smokey Point is very consistent with their pizzas and they are always made exactly as to what I ordered.

We love papa Murphys. The only issue we have is everytime we order the cinnamon wheel they are out. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. We always get the same answer, we’re out. You would think something that popular they would have an abundant supply, so 3 stars for service.

I would not recommend this place. Chicken garlic pizza looks Like cheese pizza. The two people that work there Monday Was rude did not want to fix my pizza how a chicken garlic supposed to look I’ve been coming to this place over three years. This is my last time getting pizza from them.

I placed two orders online: one to be picked up immediately and another for friends to be picked up two and a half hours later (6:30). When I picked up my first order, they made both orders and placed them together. I called to speak with the manager, who told me the second order, including the dessert pizza and cream cheese frosting, would be fine even though it had sat for two hours.
I was delayed picking up the first order, and the cream cheese frosting was melted and soft at about 45 minutes. Can you imagine what it would be after two plus hours?
Also, the pizzas I had picked up cooked way faster and were tough. I believe because it sat on the counter for closer to an hour before I could pick it up.
I am calling my friends to tell them to watch the pizza cooking times closely.

This was my first time ordering from Papa Murphy’s, and I had a great experience. Two young gentlemen were working there. One looked like he was in high school, and the other had an alternative style. Unfortunately, I forgot to catch their names, but they were incredibly sweet and helpful.
During my visit, I ordered the stuffed crust Tuscan chicken pizza along with the garlic cheesy bread, which is a must-add. We also got anchovies, herb parmesan, and red chili flakes, as well as some cookie dough. Everything was perfect!
They even honored my online coupon, even though they couldn’t enter it into the system directly; they manually applied it for me. I had no idea what I was missing out on all these years, but I’m so glad I finally tried Papa Murphy’s pizza. The bake and flavor was so fresh and delicious.

The Smokey Point location is definitely one of the better locations in the area when it comes to your ordering experience. They’re pretty accurate with fulfilling your order and also and the way that they have the pizza ready for you when you order online for specific time. Very impressive compared to some of the stores in the area.
