I just had a really poor experience with the overall quality of the pizza. I bought 2 and the crusts did not bake up and cooked at max time and the crust was hard and the pizza was still raw. I expect better from here, I’ve had really great pizza before from here but this was definitely not good at all. Almost in-edible. And I did not order thin crust the cheese pizza just to be clear.

The ease and convenience of Take & Bake pizza is made best by Papa Murphy’s. We visit the Lake Forest Kenmore, WA location. This Papa’s is next door to an Albertson’s grocery and you can easily shop for groceries and pickup the pizza in one stop.
Quality of their Take & Bake is a 4-Star as it simply cannot beat restaurant quality pizza and cooking ovens. I wish i had a Wood Fire Pizza oven at home. I bet Papa Murphy’s pie would be just that much better!?!

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience ordering ahead at this location. I ordered two pizzas, and one of them had a specialty crust.
The ETA was 30min, so I gave them a buffer and showed up 45min later.
They had not started either pizza, and told me to wait. After waiting 10 minutes, they told me they did not have the materials to make the specialty pizza- about an hour after ordering.
When I asked for a refund, they said I would have to “call” on Monday to get my ~$40 back.
Not great customer service.
UPDATE: I called the next week and talked to a woman who took my details for a refund and told me it would take sometime to process. 2 months later and my bank has not shown any refund of the $40

We have had hit or miss experiences with this location over the last year but tonight was the absolute worst. I placed an order ahead of time but when we went to pick it up (after our given pick up time even due to traffic) they had not started the order, they were telling walk ins that it would be 3+ hours to get a pizza while also telling others a shorter time but then never completing the order. When we inquired how long our order would be; they wouldn’t give an answer just said they could make it tomorrow for pick up almost insinuating they will not be making it today period. When we (and others before us) inquired about cancelling they were telling us all we have to come back tomorrow for refunds and that they cannot cancel the order. A couple of people had already been waiting quite some time with no progress as well. When mentioning they should probably temporarily turn off their order ahead online they responded “well we aren’t answering the phone anymore”. They were very disorganized, appeared to have multiple people up front working but also maybe understaffed with the absolute chaos occurring. When trying to get ahold of corporate your just directed to contact the store due to being franchise owned but if the store is purposely not answering the phone, what is one to do.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. The store did not have pepperoni, garlic knots, or one of our sides… what kind of pizza joint doesn’t have pepperoni. They could not cancel our order and refund us our money. I have never had such a bad experience ordering online food in my life. I felt terrible for the poor kids working there.

Very bad experience. Order ahead of time and walked in to them being at least 2-3 hours behind on orders. Not able to call the store and thier online system still taking orders. Telling people that they will have to get refunds tomorrow or they can make the pizza tomorrow no way to cancel the order and then on top of it not able to get anyone from corporate on a phone or cancel the order online they were telling some people 15 minutes then forgetting to make their orders after 30 minutes to a journey wait. Seems very unprofessional not to be able to at least cancel the order if they are that busy

Helpful service and ease of ordering. Chicago stuffed pizza was of top quality and appetizing taste. A stuffed cheese crust option would be good to have.

The last time we ordered here only 2 pieces of artichoke hearts on each pizza. This time the crust is irregular arond the edge with big gaps. Due to this each pizza is missing at least 1 slice. Not happy.
