The pizzas are always made only after being ordered. There are no ready made pizzas. It’s always done on time. In fact, I’ve never had to wait when I order online. I order and immediately leave to pick it up. It’s ready by the time I arrive, which is usually 10-15 minutes later, depending on traffic. The pizzas that I’ve ordered are always absolutely delicious. The crew have never gotten my order wrong, and they have consistently been very kind and professional. God bless those who work at the 1st Ave. S. store in Burien, WA. You are truly appreciated.

Amazing manger and staff!
My pizza’s already ready to go and picked up by the time I get there and, they have a great and easy payment system to make sure everything it’s going though and good bigger screens easier to read, all the fridges stay freshly stocked when I arrived, the soada always a cold frosted temp ready to go. Quick and fast food service with great value and worth visit to the teams location.

This store is horribly staffed. The last time I came in this store, I placed an order online for pick up to pay upon arrival, and when I got there the store had two kids in there running like headless chickens and a store full of unhappy people, and when I got to the counter the kid practically threw the pizza at me and called the next person, WITHOUT ME PAYING. This was obviously due to being understaffed and trying to handle the crowd, I was able to pay but nevertheless. Then, tonight, I order the pizza to be delivered for an event I’m having with friends, with cookie dough as well. The driver did not receive the cookie dough from the store, he said he’d go back and get it, never came back. I called the store four times, it rang about a minute and a half the first three times, then on the fourth the store HUNG UP ON ME. That’s actually insane. I understand it’s Halloween and it’s busy, but what kind of company has their store so understaffed on Halloween that someone can’t answer the phone for 2 freaking minutes?? That’s actually insane. Needs better management and corporate support.

Workers are mean they are pushing customers away so they don’t want to work. I came to order and they said it will take 35 minutes and they are working very slow as employees there work on 6 volts batteries. Inefficient. I ordered and actually it took only 5 minutes and I got it. So sad to see these workers causing the owner to lose money.

This location is just okay. I appreciate my pizza being early and the flavors are always great, but the management and staff needs to be improved. Despite my order being ready before the time posted, I never got a notification that it was ready. I just happened to walk into the store 10 minutes early to see it sitting in the holder and waiting for me. They didn’t even greet me as I walked through the door.
