One of my favorite Papa Murphys – Everytime my order is ready even before the scheduled pick up time. The staff is always friendly and professional! Even when I walk past my pick up order and ask if it’s ready! Embarrassing and they were super nice about it.

I appreciate that my order was ready ahead of time—great job on that! However, I was disappointed with the pizza itself. Our stuffed pizza had no cheese inside and toppings inside were minimal. The top layer had just a light sprinkle of cheese, making it mostly bread. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations.

Recent edit: Their 16″ is never more than 15″, and you’ll only have 14″ of toppings despite ordering their thin crust. Not a positive development, but still quality.
Also, despite advertising, they do not have $12 specialty pizzas on Tuesday. That is not actually a thing.
And their dough is becoming worse it seems.

As far as my kids are concerned, baking a Papa Murphy’s pizza on Sunday evening is a tradition worth maintaining. The pizza is always tasty, and the portions are enough for the many mouths in the household.

Really hit & miss quality at this location. Some of the salads have obviously rotten lettuce but always the employees have been good about re-making them and also making a garden salad for us without bell peppers (allergic).
Today I was told by Sarah (think was her name) that they NEVER customize their salads, which I informed her was inaccurate because we have been doing that for years and all the other employees have been great with this customer service. Ordered the pizza anyway and arrived at 4:00 on a Sunday. No salads available at all! Would have been nice if she had told me that when I ordered, so I could have gone to a different location!

Buyer beware! This location is awful. Apparently if you order after 8pm the toppings provided depend on the staff’s preference to put them on the pizza. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. As I picked it up, I noticed no sausage was visible on the pizza. I asked to confirm there was sausage on the pizza. They confirmed there was. I got home to realize there was in fact no sausage on the pizza. I took the pizza and drove back to the location to request a new pizza with sausage and pepperoni that I ordered. I was told that since they accepted my order after 8 pm I should take what they gave me. Wow. Unacceptable.

Went in for 12 dollar tuesday like every tuesday. This kid wanted to charge me 18 bucks. I said no way, but he would have remade my pizza if I ordered it in store? I dont know what he was high on but mumbled something about an online order. Ive never heard of upcharging for an online order or not valuing the 12 dollar tuesday deal. After coming here for years. Ill be calling the manager.
