Papa Murphy’s is not a destination restaurant. It is a place to pick up great, uncooked pizza and take it home to bake in your oven. Quickest is to use their app, order for curbside, then call when you arrive. (It would be nice if there was an “I am here” button in the app) You already paid on the app so you just have to roll down your window and they bring it to you. The pizza is as good or better than most chain pizza places, though, their prices have crept into the same neighborhood as the rest. Nice thing is, you can modify your pizza just about any way you want. And their family size really is family sized. I have to admit though, I hate that the next size down from family size is called large. Then the next size down is called medium, and I don’t believe there is a small. It feels like I’m being lied to. And really, isn’t Murphy an Irish name? Maybe Papa Mario’s or Papa Guido’s? Papa Antonio’s! Bahhh! It doesn’t matter. It’s great pizza and I’ll eat here again.

I placed my order through the app. When I arrived I was promptly greeting by a friendly employee. My order was ready and I appreciated that the mini murph and cookie dough remained refrigerated until I arrived. Even though there is a location closer to my home I prefer the service here.

My pizza was made very well, ready when I got there. The lady there greeted me with a smile. Had a clean appearance, which was nice to see some of the guys that worked there prior didn’t always look very clean. Clean inside where my food was made. Very happy with this experience. I usually just go in and order this time I used the app.

The Covington location is great. The ease of the app to order and how fast they had it ready was awesome. I used the app to use my coupon in the parking lot and even though it said it would take about 20 minutes, I waited 10 minutes and went in and it was already done! Staff is friendly and seem to be enjoying their work. Definitely recommend. This is the only pizza my son will eat!

Today 2 wrong salads which I caught and they replaced now making pizza and my second smaller pizza is missing the 2 extra side veggies I ordered for it.. not sure what’s going on with this papa.murphy never had issues until the last couple months…

I had an amazing experience with Papa Murphy’s Pizza! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pizza was incredibly fresh and delicious. I loved the option to bake it at home, which made it taste like a homemade masterpiece. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
